Wow, what a view! Great Family Condo with Two bedrooms and 2 baths sleeps 6
You can sit on the deck or the comfort of the living room and watch the sun rise over the Smoky Mountains! The entire unit was recently repainted in May 2022, as well as hardwood laminate floors installed in the living room/dining room. The hall bath was updated as well. This lovely condo has 1 queen master bedroom with private bathroom, plus a Mountain View from the window. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a great mountain view too! Plus a sleeper sofa. This beautiful condo also offers a large living room and dining area for family gatherings. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and dishes and utensils. A wood burning fireplace (Wood may be purchased at the office from 9-5 seven days a week). The complex has an outdoor pool and Laundry facility. The condo Borders both downtown Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. It’s beautiful and quiet! I hope you enjoy your visit and book with me again.

Overall the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. it was easy to access the mountain view on our balcony was to die for. It was definitely out dated but for the price it wa great
This unit it older but nice & very clean. There’s quite a drive up the mountain to get to it but that’s how you get the beautiful view with this place.
This property is as pictured. Other than needing a few cosmetic touchups, the property is in good condition. The road going up to the Condo was a little more challenging than we realized especially at night with all the twists and turns. Parking was not an issue except for on one night when we came in a little late and had to park two buildings over. Easy key entry to the condo using the lock box. We did not use any of the amenities there including the kitchen as we were gone all day and ate out every night. We had a nice stay but may look for something a little closer to town next time.
We had a little trouble with the lock box where the key was at first, but I think it was just because it was dark in the hallway. The outside door closer cover fell off and about smacked me in the head so I just left it laying against the edge of the wall so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. The drive up the mountain was a little scary, but we got used to it pretty quick. The TV in the small bedroom didn't work at all and in looking at other reviews on the place it hasn't worked in over 2 years because other people talked about it too. What didn't make sense was that it was spectrum cable with a Motorola box with a spectrum remote control and a Vizio TV with a JVC remote control. No power to the box at all so I'm assuming the box is dead. Outside of that it was a cozy little place. We saw 4 bears on the second Nite from our balcony which was very cool. The best thing about this place is definitely the view. It's breathtaking. Drinking a cup of coffee watching the sun come up was the best. Our balcony faced east so the sun came up right in front of us which was amazing. I definitely would stay here again. The only reason why I listed the bad things is so the owner can fix these small little things, so others can enjoy the full experience. But all and all it's a great place to stay.
The place was a a nice quaint little stay. Accessibility to the building isn't the most handicap friendly and it is a bit out of the way up the side of the mountain but the view was amazing and the condo well taken care of both inside and outside. Great location to spot though to easily get down to Gatlinburg or hop on the Bypass and head to Pigeon Forge.
Every year we start our summer with our family vacation. We always go over the Memorial Day weekend and usually go to The beach. This year we decided to go back to Gatlinburg. Hadn’t been in 6 years. We had such a great time. The view from this condo is breathtaking and the place was what we needed for the trip. Pros- plenty of space, breathtaking view,
Home away from home. Peaceful. Love the view. We are used to flat roads so the mountain roads were a challenge for us. Overall we had a good experience. Thank you for your hospitality.
We stayed here for a spring break getaway. The condo is away from the craziness of downtown Gatlinburg set up in the mountains. Everything that we needed was there- even a pizza pan to cook frozen pizza! We had plenty of room for our family of 4- so much nicer than a regular hotel room. 2 bathrooms made it convenient for everyone to get ready in the morning. The host communicated well with instructions to find the condo and get the key. The condo was well maintained and felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we return to the area!
My stay was great. The check in process was very confusing. We were provided with 2 different unit numbers. It took us 30 minutes to finally get in our unit.
Nice location, clean. Beautiful views. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the beautiful sunrise. Even got to see a bear wandering by in the morning. Would stay there again. Slight problem with cable. Had to mess with the one in livingroom, didnt work at all in 1 of the bedrooms. Other than that all went great.
Room could be updated more and more storage for clothes would be better. But overall it was good. The view was beautiful and we saw a bear the first day we arrived. Bring extra towels if your family is staying here for more than a couple days. We never had any issues
Everything was great! From the rooms, kitchen, living room, view and space. Enough for our family of 6. Everyone had a place to sleep. It’s peaceful and quite. Only complaint was the tv in our room didn’t work, but we were out the majority of the day so it wasn’t a big problem. Also, there was lots of noise upstairs. I believe someone was doing construction. Overall the kids, husband and I enjoyed the stayed. We were close distance to everything in Gatlinburg and a few miles from Pigeon Forge. We did not spot any bears! We shall return next year! Thank you!
A suggestion is that you should clean better, for that you charge a fee and require guests to leave everything clean. The bed sheets have hairs, behind the sofa they have never been cleaned, the red carpet in the bedrooms should be changed. The view on the balcony beautiful
