About this property

Great location in a gated property on the Beach. Luxurious King Bed Couples Retreat.
Located on South Forest Beach, steps to the beach, and a short walk to Coligny Plaza w/many shops & restaurants for your convenience.
Secure South Forest Beach Complex with Covered Parking, Elevator, and Many Bike Paths Convenient to the property.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook meals, including a coffee bar with 6 K-cups provided and several tea options.
High-speed wifi, several workstations throughout the unit. Or set yourself up on the balcony to watch the waves.
Our recent remodel removing the bunk beds to enlarge the bedroom area was to make our unit more comfortable for couples and to provide a luxurious king bed.
Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, extra linens, coffee, water, and soft drinks are also provided.
Many upgrades in the unit, and I am continually adding more to provide the utmost in my guest experience.

Great condo

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It was well stocked including some extra touches I didn’t expect. The king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this condo again.

Simply Amazing....

This was my first time visiting Hilton Head. I truly enjoyed my experience. The space was wonderful, very relaxing and exactly as described. Rebecca was an awesome host. She went out of her way to ensure I enjoyed my stay. She checked in with me and gave me great suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. Great winter getaway

Enjoyed a little winter getaway to Hilton Head. Rebecca was a great host making sure we had everything we needed even gave us restaurant suggestions. Very comfortable bed!! Perfect size condo for a couple. Would definitely rent from Rebecca again.

We have stayed in this condo several times. Condo is clean, comfortable and has everything we needed. Owner is always updating this condo. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Great location - close to restaurants, shopping and parks. We will go back.

Quaint space in the perfect location!

We stayed here for a weekend and it’s beautifully positioned with a short boardwalk to the beach and a 10 minute stroll to Coligny Shopping restaurants and stores. Condo is well appointed for a beach side getaway! Loved sitting on the balcony on cool mornings and having a view of the ocean with my coffee!

This is our 3rd condo in Hilton Head, we recently relocated to the island from Atlanta. We take care of our places so our guests can have the best possible accommodations. We fell in love with the island over 25 years ago, and love it here. We live a few minutes away and are always available by phone/text.

Why they chose this property

We Love the Location!! Not only is the beach right outside your door, but the Seaside Villas complex is also a well-kept gated property that is continually making updates. Our complex is very convenient to many shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as many bike rental spots to tour the many bike paths on our beautiful island. Often it is not necessary to drive anywhere during your stay. Unless you want to visit some of the many day trip opportunities in Bluffton, Beaufort, Savannah, GA and Charleston just to name a few.

What makes this property unique

This unit is on the first floor in Seaside I, the unit is right outside the elevator so very easy to get to when arriving with your luggage. We are upstairs from the 20-minute loading parking spot so that is very convenient to unload or load your belongings.
