Updated Oceanfront Villa in a gated complex with an Elevator. Easy Self-Check-In Provided.
Complete the entire kitchen area with quartz countertops, a glass-top stove, and all cookware, utensils, and dishes needed to prepare meals if you desire to stay in. It is Immaculately Clean, with lots of upgrades.
Steps to the beach, a short walk to Coligny Plaza with a more extensive variety of restaurants and shops. Once you arrive, you may not have to get in your car again. High-Speed Internet, Roku/Smart TVs.
Many extras are provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, linens, water, coffee, soft drinks, and toiletries.
A walk-in shower with a safety bar, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel is provided. Tile floors throughout.

This is our second condo purchase on Hilton Head Island, we own 2 in the building.
We were fortunate to relocate to the island permanently at the end of 2019. We want the very best experience for our guests, so we are constantly tweaking and upgrading the condos. We live a few minutes away and are always available by phone or text.

Why they chose this property
We love the location! Right on the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza lots of great restaurants, shops. Near Celebration Park & Amphitheater. A gated community must have fob to enter. Many bike rental places are nearby to tour the island. Very convenient.
What makes this property unique
Seaside Villa's is a great location with an elevator which is so helpful to bring groceries and luggage up to the unit. Our complex is ON the beach, short walk to the sand, view from your unit.
