This house dating from the seventeenth century was completely restored in period style: stone walls, tiles floors terracotta, old fireplaces and exposed beams.
It is located in the heart of Perigord in a quiet rural hamlet without modern houses in the middle of open spaces on the edge of the forest.

On the ground floor (two large rooms and a bathroom) kitchen with dining area, large living room / dining room, bathroom with toilet and laundry.

First floor (3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC): 2 bedrooms with bed 140, 1 room with 2 beds 120, and enough space for extra beds.

Garage, garden furniture, small pond full of fish (fishing allowed).
Bicycles available

Private Swimming Pool (8m x5m) fenced with bubble cover.
