About this property

The elegance in the heart of Florence

The apartment guarantees high standards of cleanliness given the covid emergency.
I take minimum 24 hours between check out and the next check in for cleaning, airing and to make a complete sanitizing of the apartment with professional products and dry steam.
In addition I provide the apartment with masks, gloves and disinfectant gel for my guests.
The apartment has been lovingly renovated with prestigious finishing in April 2014. There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed and the other with two single beds. Al the beds have mattress and pillows in memory foam There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one ensuite with jacuzzi, equipped kitchen, large living room with a sofa-bed for two people more.
On request is available baby cot.
Guests have free wi-fi, smart TV, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, jacuzzi, DVD and CD player, heater, air conditioning, iron + board, safe.

Lovely apartment close to the old town and train station. Was a prefect base to explore the city. Ricardo was very helpful and met us with a bottle of wine when we arrived. Very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Would happily stay again.

The host was very courteous and responsive. He met me at the property for entrance. It was a little cold for our taste, but that is more common in Europe. One thing we would have loved is a place to sit and read or talk. The lighting was very low in the apt. Otherwise, comfortable beds, great location and good host.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed here for a week during spring break and had a wonderful time. The apartment is so close to the train station and many cute restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were so comfortable! That is always my biggest worry but thankfully they were perfect.

The apartment is spacious and clean. It is a short walk to the train station and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, neighborhoods and historic sights. The pictures are a good representation of how the apartment really looks. Riccardo met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered any questions we had…easy check in.

Great place to stay in Florence!

Riccardo was an exceptional host! He was a great communicator leading up to trip, met us at apartment, giving excellent instructions, and throughout our trip. The apartment is beautiful and even more spacious in person. It has everything you need and so close to great coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful holiday!!

Very nice flat with plenty of room

Riccardo let us check in early so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around on our first day! The apartment was very roomy and nicely appointed. The location is so convenient to SMN station and the Duomo complex! The antique furniture was comfortable and inviting. The large windows were so romantic, though there’s not really a view. Still, the breezes were wonderful and there were both Italian and American coffee makers! We enjoyed both!
