I was the perfect getaway for my sisters and me to celebrate one our sister's 70th bday! Everone had their own room and we enjoyed cooking together and hanging out by the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It was extremely spacious, and had everything we could need. There were several things upon check-in that we needed assistance with, but the property manager was quick to respond and also quick to fix!

Stagecoach weekend

Moms/daughters weekend for stagecoach was a success! We loved the house, it was roomy for 9 of us, beds were comfortable, we used the pool and bbq. Would stay here again.

Amazing Property!

The home is well equipped and very nice! We had some issues with the BBQ only lighting on one side (still worked on right side) and the front door handle fell off the front door (Missing the tiny screw that was no where to be found). Overall greatest weekend and the pool and kitchen are amazing. Everything you need minus a spatula and serving spoons. Some of the outdoor furniture need repair or replacement. Minor concerns in my opinion.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean and soothing. Only disappointment was that the beds squeak heavy in all rooms so no quiet time with the spouse. Pool heat was an extra 30 dollars per day.

Beautifully laid out floor plan. Quiet and serene location. Nicely furnished. Wish we could have stayed longer than two nights . Definitely will consider coming back in the future.

Good bones but bad make up

Close to being an overall good property. Pros: close to old town La Quinta.Cons: The house needs a more comprehensive manual. The dishwasher needs repair and some parts of the house needed a deep clean. The bedroom linens need to be replaced. Needs more waste bins in the house. TVs and remotes in various states of working order.

We had such a nice stay. The property is just like it says in the listing. Big bedrooms, nice size great kitchen. Pool and hot tub area was clean and spacious. Everythig was stocked for everyday use items. Will definetly come back!

Friends get together

We met with friends from Nebraska and Oregon and we are from Washington state all of which were having very cold and winter weather. It was great to have the pool and outdoor space to hangout and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. The house was great for 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone.

Modern Escape

Modern home that fit our stay perfect with a pool and spa located in blocks away from La Quinta Old Town. We enjoined our stay and had few things that property manager made us aware of before arriving. He stayed in communication to make sure everything went as best as they could. We would stay again!

Nice modern home

Everything clean and as depicted upon arrival. Nice pool, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath supplies and towels on the premises is for larger groups. All appliances worked well, air conditioning keeps the property nice and cool. Would recommend an instruction sheet for the television as it was a several minute process to figure out how to get to cable television each time we turned it on. All in all a nice property that I have no issues recommending.

Physical condition: The home is 1-2 years old and still in nice condition. Owner: Very responsive to any questions. Best home features: Spa/pool is a great for relaxing in the evening as the desert sun goes down.. Kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking a group meal. Unexpected extra - large shampoo/body wash in each bathroom. Small improvements that will enhance the experience: Could not find oven mitts in kitchen. Dog next store still barks quite a bit but did not hinder sleep. Bed frames still squeak quite a bit. Could use more towels/wash cloths. Location: We really enjoyed being able to walk to local city pickleball/tennis courts, Old Town Laquinta restaurants and nearby trails.. All said this property was a 5 out of 5 stars.

Great House for Golf Trip!! Spa and Pool issues.

This house was great, lots of room for 4 golfers, nice layout, nice features. It was everything we wanted in a place. We had ongoing issues figuring out how to operate the pool and spa... which we paid extra to have heated. The pool and spa were cold when we arrived. We are all 45 y/o men of at least average intelligence... but we couldn't figure out the controls for heating the spa and pool with consistency. We reached out to the owner for help which wasn't very helpful, although they did turn the spa heat on for us at one point. But I don't think the owner understood how frustrated we were to not be able to use something we paid extra for. We maybe crossed the line when we suggested someone else was controlling the spa and pool because nothing we did ever worked or lasted long enough to heat the spa and pool. We were told we were maybe to stupid to figure it out and that we were dumber than 99.9 % of the guests that never had any problem with the pool and spa. Tempers were short and things were said that might be regretted... but regardless, as customers that were obviously struggling to use what we paid for, we would have liked a little more service to help us out. We were very nice about the pool and spa day one... but by day 4 of not having any success we would have liked maybe some better instruction, or even a visit to see what we were dealing with? It might have been possible that something wasn't working and the owner if able to see it on our end could have fixed it.

Guys golf trip

For 4 adult guys that golf together it is great to find a a 4 bedroom house that is clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for cooking in. We don’t need or want to pay for fancy large homes as we are gone from breakfast through dinner. This house was perfect for us. Close to our favorite courses.
