Arnold's Luxury Lake Front Condo and Marina

Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Beacon Landing Luxury condo sits on the shores of Lake Granby and features three levels with two upper decks and ground level patio, all with spectacular views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains.. Decorated to fit the mountain and lake settings. Upper level is the master bedroom area with full bathroom and heated jetted tub. Second level is the kitchen, dining, living area (gas grill on deck) with the 1/2 bath and washer/dryer area. Main entry level has the two bedrooms with common bathroom. (one with queen size bed and one with double and bunk above). We are located 90 minutes fro Denver, 15 minutes from the town of Granby and only 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. The summer and winter activities are plentiful. Our condo amenities: Two Fireplaces, Phone, TV, DVD, full kitchen (cooking utensils included). Linen is provided. Attached to our 8 unit complex is Beacon Landing Marina and bait shop. 5 lakes in this area. Sorry NO PETS allowed.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out. The only small challenge was that on warmer days, cooling the home required opening windows and doors. That said, it did not take away from our experience, and we would absolutely recommend this home to others.

This property is great. The layout of the condo is perfect for families. Everyone has their own space and the family/dining and kitchen area are great. Being a little outside of town and right next to the marina are a perfect location!

We loved our stay at this condo. The views of the lake from every floor and every deck are beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The master (king) is on the third floor and the other two bedrooms (queen and trundle bed) are on the lower floor, so we felt like we had great privacy. Definitely recommend a stay here!

We loved Arnold's Condo! Lovely home with everything we needed, right down to roasting sticks and firewood for s'mores. Just a note to be aware of, you can't walk down to the lake from the condo, it is private property of the marina. We really enjoyed the deck views though!

Big points for cute decor , cleanliness and having everything we could need. The lake views were not as I had hoped but the grounds and landscaping of the property was lovely. We had hoped to rent a boat and see the lake but that was a flop given the super low lake levels and the boat rental office was never open when we were there. Wish we could’ve re-located this unit to Lake Grand instrad

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful location, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It's conveniently close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the hot springs, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. The property was impeccably clean; one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. While we did experience a brief issue with the internet, the hosts responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Liked the location, near the marina and pretty views of the lake. Cozy and peaceful. Only negative was the mattress in the guest bedroom( trundle bed) was not very comfortable.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found something special. This condo isn't just a place to stay; it's a meticulously cared-for condo that offers an unbeatable lakeside experience.The Location is Simply Perfect. Going to bed to the gentle sound of waves and enjoying the panoramic views of the water from two huge balconies was a daily highlight.Spacious and Cared For. The condo is spacious, which was perfect for our family to relax in without feeling crowded. It's clear the owners take immense pride in this property.We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Amazing Stay

You can't go wrong staying at this condo. The views were amazing from all the rooms. Easy access to the water. They had everything you would need for cooking or grilling. There is a firepit and horseshoes. We have a boat and were able to rent a slip right by the condo. Made it so easy to go boating every day. We would definitely go back. Cool and Quiet

The bed situation was a bit different from expectations. The bedroom with a single bed and trundle needs at least one nightstand. The lighting is very dim. There was no kleenex in the entire condo. We took advantage of the opportunity to take a short boat trip on Lake Granby. The views of the lake and the mountains were magnificent.

Good location, no more steps please

Totally my fault but there are too many steps in this place. I should have checked this closer. My wife has a bad knee. We loved the location and it was very quiet. One thing I would ask is clean the spider webs inside and out. We had a great weekend and if it were not for the step workout we would stay again.

Great location for boating.

Bar stools in kitchen are stained badly. Almost all lights and corner of walls need dusted badly!!! Lots of dead bugs in window sills. Master bathroom could use fixing the toilet…seat is loose and the flusher handle is coming out. Overalll great place and enjoyed our stay but would suggest better cleaning.

Thank you for letting us know about these concerns. I will follow up with the cleaning company regarding the dirtiness. We are getting new carpet in October/November. We have sent a guy out to fix the toilet and handle. Bar stool good to know and will get thise redone. Thanks again for bring this to our attention.

Beautiful location

I will start off with the positive- beautiful location, great condo with 3 bedrooms and great views of the lake. Arrived with the place not cleaned from the previous visit. It was 4th of July so very much looking forward to a vacation. Did get ahold of the property manager to let her know of the status. There was an issue with the cleaning crew calling sick and her not checking her VM that the house was not cleaned. At first I felt like the property manger was rude and did not know the importance of customer service and how to deal with a frustrating situation. I was upset and disappointed. The visit got cancelled. I was fully refunded without any issues, except the vacation insurance I had taken through VRBO. She also helped me get my laptop back that was left in the condo, so I appreciate that effort. Unfortunate situation that I think could have been handled with better customer service, but it was a beautiful condo on the lake.
