This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Folly as well as the pier. Enjoy your private parking facilities as well as private beach entrances. Elevators are available for easy access from the parking garage.

Location and condo can’t be beat - right on the beach. Second time I’ve stayed here (last time with friends). Great that everyone has their own room AND bathroom. Soooo many extra supplies - including welcome wine and candy. Didn’t want to leave paradise. Owner communicates right away. Already planning next stay.

First time staying in this condo, chwckin was a breeze. When we walked in it was immediately apparent the property was well taken care of, super clean. All amenities were up to date and well taken care of. Has one issue with parking pass ans owner immediately took care of it. Great stay!

Went to Folly Beach for Easter weekend. We were only able to stay one night but the owners were very accommodating allowing us to eat Easter lunch before leaving the property. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there.
