This owner occupied 2 family provides a peaceful space to enjoy your days in the sun!

The interior of the unit is painted in bright summer colors, completely furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for your time away. 6 set of bath towels & 1 set of bed sheets are provided for each bed.
Important Note: Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each occupancy! And all bedding is washed and replaced prior to each occupant.

To access your ocean view, open the gate at the back side of the house where you’ll find yourself overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Your deck is oceanfront and you will have full access to the views that are included in this post. Please note; the unit itself, lacks an ocean view.

The Massachusetts State Reservation and Preserve abuts Atlantic Avenue and is a great place to sight see or exercise. For entertainment and dining you can enjoy a short walk to Seaglass, Capri or Ground Swell. Joe's Playland and Willey's Ice Cream & Candy Shop.
If you feel like a road trip, the lovely community of Newburyport is just 10 minutes away.
Please note, this unit IS a first floor, ground level unit. This unit would not be classified as a basement.

Beautiful Ocean View

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Salisbury Beach. The apartment is clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen plenty big enough. The porch overlooking the ocean is spacious with a spectacular view, and by itself made the stay worthwhile. The beach is long and well tended. Lots to do in the area, including many good restaurants and shopping. Robin was great to deal with. Only drawbacks are the doorways in the apartment are low and the bathroom and shower are not very spacious, so tall and big people could feel a bit cramped. But we would definitely go back.

This was a basement apartment with very little sun light It was musty and dirty We stayed one night after a long drive We want a full refund as we believe the rental was very deceiving in it’s advertising It showed a back porch over looking the beach which was part of the first floor of the house above us It was off the owners bedroom The view from this basement was of the dirt and underside of the deck with no view of the beach We were extremely disappointed and couldn’t stay for our summer vacation I would not recommend this to anyone

The neighborhood is a nice mix of property owners enjoying their vacation homes. Many have owned their property for several generations. With the seasonal flux of summer guests; this neighborhood is vibrant and filled with laughter and good vibes.

What makes this property unique

2 Family home with direct access to beach. Located in an area of multi- generational home owners. Close enough to the restaurants and entertainment of Salisbury Center. But far enough away to avoid activity noise. If you'd prefer to leave the car at home the commercial district is an easy walk.
The neighbor is extremely friendly! And it's likely that a neighbor will stop to introduce themselves.
