Private 60m2 apartment in residence 4 *, large south facing living room on park, pool and pine forest, two real rooms, fully equipped kitchen, completely redone. 7 minutes from the sea walk through the pines, near thalasso and bike paths, all shops nearby, 30 minutes walk from the city center.
Residence very calm and watched, swimming pool open from 10h to 20h from May to September. Complete equipment: oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery dishes, washing machine, iron and ironing board ... television mini hifi, 4G for wifi. New and quality bedding, protects mattresses duvets and pillows on site (provide sheets, pillow cases and towels not provided, rental possible).
Ideal for 4 people. 140 + Futton bed 1 person in a room, bed 160 in the second, sofa bed in stay for guests punctual.
Bathroom with bath, separate toilet, storage with cupboards and dresser.
Free outdoor parking, covered garage on request.
Weekly rental July and August, minimum 3 nights the rest of the year.
Household on option, 50 euros retained on deposit.

Fantastic stay

Very smart apartment in a secure and peaceful neighborhood. Lovely pool and sunbathing area, not too far to the local shops incl bakeryetc. Excellent communication with owner , would highly recommend!

Was een prima appartement, had iets schooner gekund, maar goed tevreden. Wat raar was dat er nog veel spullen in het appartement lagen welke vermoedelijk na de eigenaar was. Zoals een tandenborstel, zalf en parfum etc. Maar voor de rest prima.

Très bon séjour

Les photos fournies sont conformes au logement qui est très confortable. Il est très bien équipé et calme. Le logement se situe à quelques centaines de mètres du bord de mer, près du zoo, des petits commerçants et des zones commerciales. Très bon accueil. Nous recommandons cette location.

Confortable et bien placé

Très bon emplacement avec la plage de Tanchet à moins de 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec le lave-vaisselle et lave-linge qui rendent le séjour très confortable. La literie est de très bon niveau. Toute la famille a très bien dormi durant nos vacances. Je recommande cet appartement qui a largement contribué à faire de notre séjour une vraie réussite...

Appartement de qualité à proximité du centre des Sables d'Olonne

Bel appartement, calme, lumineux, propre, bien aménagé, excellente literie, piscine agréable et plage de Tanchet à 10mn à pied par un joli chemin dans la pinède. Accueil très sympathique par Toni, qui nous a véhiculées jusqu'au supermarché et remise des clés le jour du départ à Sabrina qui nous a amenées à la gare. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, en sillonnant la région à bicyclette. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, la condition étant de ne pas vouloir être au centre des Sables d'Olonne.

Le calme face aux pins

Appartement agréable, une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et sur les pins. Cuisine fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'accessoires. Les chambres donnant sur la rue gardent leurs quiétudes même avec les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit.

Appartement lumineux, calme , comme neuf et très bien équipé. Mention spéciale au kit pansement+désinfectant présent dans l'armoire de la salle de bain ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et informés par la gestionnaire et avons apprécié la proximité avec la mer : nous avons consacré une journée entière à la découverte des Sables d'Olonne à pied (centre ville à environ 2km). Place de parking privative au pied de la résidence.

Super fijn vakantie-appartement

Netjes, fijn apartement waar bijna alles aanwezig is. Fijn zwembad met voldoende ligbedden. In de zee liggen veel rotsen, maar iets verderop liggen wat strandjes. In de buurt weinig restaurantjes, maar an de haven vollop, waar je lekker kunt eten.
