Private entrance to the garden level apartment (lower part of a large ranch home). Fast Internet, Comcast, comfortable, clean with access to washer & dryer. Gorgeous views from your private deck facing the front range of the Colorado Rockies.

About 10 minutes to Red Rocks and 20 minutes to Denver, CO and 5 minutes from Fox Hollow Golf Course. Fully furnished and parking is available in front of the house on the street.

Cleaning Service is provided every 2 weeks. This is a quiet neighborhood and quiet after 9pm.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please leave the apartment as you found it.

Throw trash out on the trash & recycle bins in the driveway.

Used towels and used sheets & pillow cases are to be placed in the laundry basket and in the laundry room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-Smoking is allowed on the deck, but not inside the apartment. -Please take trash out Tuesday nights. Green Trash and Recycle bins by the driveway.

-Check-out by 10am on day of checkout -Quiet neighborhood -Take beddings and used towels out and put them in the laundry -Cleanup as you found it

Lovely stay!

This is an excellent basement apartment hosted by wonderful people. Danzene was extremely helpful, kind, transparent, and genuine. Cleaning service is an awesome added bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Following house rules are important to me, since the guests are staying in an exceptional, clean and beautiful apartment overlooking the Colorado Rockies. The guests did not follow house rules, as requested: -Take garbage out and place it in the trash bin outside -Wash dishes, as there is no dishwasher -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment

Perfect for us

We had a great stay here - the location is quiet and so convenient for all the things we wanted to see. We went to a concert at Red Rocks and it only took us 10-15 minutes to get there and back. The apartment is well stocked, with a good supply of dishes, pots and pans, towels, coffee pods. The furniture is dated but comfortable. Communication and check in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again - danzina was a very friendly host!
