The house is wonderful but no one could sleep due to the fact the heat couldn’t be lowered or turn off, 87 degrees every where and 90 plus on the loft

Condo was very clean, but have some recommendations for future:1. The condo was very warm. the thermostats we found were all turned to 0 or off, but there was heat coming from electric wall units. the instructions in the portal were not helpful. the Honeywell units did not work2. Did not come with an iron (needed to request)3. maybe have some staples stocked (keurig pods, condiments)4. TVs were different in every room. none had instructions. one bedroom had 3 different remotes.

Great location in downtown WP. Finding property was difficult
Great spot in WP. Every thing was perfect. Only issue was finding the actual unit. Arrived late at night and no signs at all for the building or where parking is. Only found the unit after asking local police officer for help.

This unit is totally remodeled and stunning. The building is a little dated inside and out but the actual unit you would not be able to tell. Just a short walk to anything you want to do downtown winter park and a short drive to the slopes. The underground garage is VERY short so be careful your SUV/truck won't hit the top. We had a 4runner with a ski rack on top and there was only an inch or two to spare before hitting he ceiling. Overall it was a great experience.

Six adults stayed in the unit. We cooked and hung out. It was comfortable. It is bright and airy. The living room was great for the group to gather and relax. The shuttle to the ski was easy to use. The elevator went out for a few hours and that was not good, but it was fixed later that day. The internet went out a couple times, but was restored. For the management company, I suggest instructions posted for the digital thermastat. I'd stay again!

Upon entering the unit, we saw that everything was covered with plastic tarps—floors, furniture, TVs. All the furniture was pulled to the centers of all the rooms & everything was prepped as if painting/construction was about to happen. We had this booked 2-3 months in advance, so how it slipped through the cracks I have no idea. THANKFULLY the property management was on it and got us into another rental quickly. That new rental was good overall and fit our group of 8, BUT there were issues with the lock codes on the doors and garage, that seemed to be really difficult to manage per who I spoke with. It all worked out fine, but it was all just a weird experience. I’ve been booking rentals through VRBO for almost 10 years, and this situation was up there as one of the most inconvenient.
The owner/property management company need to have a better way of communicating things, because clearly construction was in process irregardless of our booking, even with it being MONTHS in advance.

Great place, less than great property management
This unit is a great size, great location. However, the property management could be much better. We had no trash bags in the entire unit. There was a lot of random food left in the cabinets and fridge. When we called for trash bags, they said we needed to come pick them up. We also couldnt figure out the heat and the property management couldnt assist.

The management was so accommodating. We had this beautiful condo booked for 2021, but had to cancel the day before because of Covid. They were so kind to hold our reservation for the following year. We loved the condo, the amenities and location. We will certainly book this VRBO again!
