The open concept great room has a cozy seating area with plush furniture, a DVD, movie screen, TV and surround sound. Large windows line the back of the home permitting exceptional views of the pool and lake.

The well stocked, eat-in kitchen has island and table seating. Your chef will enjoy prepping and serving delicious feasts on the generous counter space and island. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchair.

A formal dining room for holidays and special occasions comfortable seats 8 and there is a table leaf if more places are needed. The dining room is adjacent to the beautiful front entrance foyer.

Across from the dining room is a den with a pull out queen sofa bed, desk with monitor with a professional and comfortable chair for your remote work, foosball table, and piano keyboard. The den's piano keyboard provides hours of fun for our musically inclined guests.

The bedroom floor plan is split to enhance privacy. The exquisite primary suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and doors to access the backyard paradise. The newly updated primary bath features a walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and a soaking tub to soothe tired muscles. 2 Pack 'N Plays are available. A hair dryer, soap and shampoos are provided.

The second bedroom at the back of the home has a king bed, TV and doors to access the pool and patio. There is a guest bedroom at the front of the home with a queen bed and TV. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds with a bottom full bed and upper twin. Steps and rails enhance the safety of the bunk beds. An additional twin bed creates another sleeping space.

The guest bath includes dual vanity sinks and a water closet with a tub-shower combo. A powder room is conveniently located for visitors and pool swimmers.

The well stocked laundry room has front load appliances; laundry soap and softener are stocked. There are 2 garage spaces for guests' cars and additional parking on the driveway.
