We had a great time. The location was very nice as it was close to the beach without the crowd. A quick cart ride is all it took. Having the goft cart made a huge difference.The place was clean and had everything we needed.We will be back in the future. Forgot to mention the communication was very good. I gota quick response to any questions I had.

My grandson and I really enjoyed our week at this property. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The golf cart made getting around so easy. We could even goto Publix and get groceries with the golf cart. Took it to the pool which was wonderful except for the very cold water. We visited shortly after the hurricane so was impressed with how great the resort looked.I cannot start to tell you how wonderful Silvano was. We had some pretty stupidquestions but I would text and within minutes he would call. Best property manager I have ever dealt with.We would certainly go back - very enjoyable stay.

No complaints on this property. Literally in the middle of 30A and Destin. However, you really never have to leave the Sandestin resort area. My kids had the best of both worlds fishing in the lake, fun at the beach. Short drive to delicious meals in Destin or Seaside. A must is donuts from The Parlour which is right across the road.

The location with golf cart was amazing. My family didn't want to be right in destin due to traffic and crowds so we booked here and were able to park our vehicle most days and drive golf cart where we wanted to go. You literally are 2 minutes by golf cart to beach (can park for free with cart steps away) and 2 minutes to a pier for fishing where you can park the cart for free. We also traveled by cart to the Wharf with lots of dining options and to Publix for groceries. We are a family of 4 and the golf carts rides and exploring golf courses were fun. With bay and beach so close we actually never used the pool but super close and could walk or cart to. The gas grill had propane available and whoever stayed before left beach chairs and sand toys. We left a crab trap because my boys wanted to do that at bay. Lots of good things about rental. If your kids like to fish bring poles there were some big bass right out the backdoor. Owner was great at communication and I would recommend staying again.

Wonderful vacation!

This was our first time visiting a beach in the gulf coast. The townhome was exactly as pictured. Super clean, nice kitchen, the new mattresses were so comfortable, and the golf cart made getting around so much fun. The host was super responsive and check in/check out was simple.

Girls' trip
