The condo was just as advertised. Great location. There were a few problems that the home owner communicated to us prior to us arriving. The issue didn't impact us at all. Very good communication with the home owner. I would stay there again.

I was very happy with my stay here. The condo was clean and so convenient to everything. The beach is right there which made it so easy to come and go. The unit is also very convenient to the pool and grills. I would definitely return and recommend.

Amazing place! We sat on the balcony and watched the sunrise and sunset over the ocean; we used the onsite exercise facility; we walked to the beach every morning (just about 2-3 minutes away); we shopped at the neighborhood General Store; we ate at several nearby restaurants, and we had ice cream at Coligny Plaza. Fran sent all the details in advance, and we felt right at home. This was definitely one of the best places we have stayed at Hilton Head!

We loved the place. I would have loved to have some coffee or condiments in place you have to go for groceries for only 2 nights. The communication was great!

When we've tried in the past with respect to coffee or condiments, things tend to disappear quickly. We do explicitly state what a guest can expect us to provide: starter supplies of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. We do typically have salt/pepper and coffee filters available. There are several grocery stores across the street and most people tend to stop at one of these on the way in to get what they need. Thanks again and we hope you'll come visit again! Amazing condo in a beautiful complex with excellent amenities! The condo was recently renovated with new bathroom. The kitchen was very nice with new appliances and all the essentials. The view was wonderful from everywhere in the condo. The new windows kept it quiet as well. The king bed was very comfortable. The pools were wonderful with ample furniture and shade/sun. Easy access to everything being mid island. Hope to rent here again!
