About this property

Santa Margherita di Pula villa nestled in the pine forest at 600 m from the beach

The house is surrounded by pine trees that characterizes the entire seaside resort known as Santa Margherita di Pula. It has an enclosed garden of about 1000 square meters. inside which you can be conveniently parked cars. E 'on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is the spacious living room, the kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine; a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet .. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with balcony, a double bedroom (where the beds can be pushed together) and a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. In the garden, outdoor shower and barbecue. The porch is furnished with wicker chairs. The house has a table and chairs and two sun loungers. The owners provide for a beach umbrella, two beach chairs and a cot. On request we can provide a cot for a small child. Linen: sheets, towels - except beach towels - cloth and dish cloths are provided by the owners and included in the rental price. The final cleaning is not included and has a cost of 100 Euros.
The house currently does not have a heating system so it is only available from May to the first 15 days of October.
The house has a septic tank that is emptied every 10-15 days. Of this operation - which takes place in the garden and does not require entry into the house - dealing owners who contact the firm confidence and be present when emptying. This activity is necessary and functional for the use of the house: you may need to perform it during the guest's stay.

Jolie maison propre et bien située

Nous aurions apprécié un minimum d'équipements comme un micro ondes, un grille pain, un LV, une cafetière. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'équipements, pas de clim, pas de wifi.

Mi dispiace che non abbiate trovato soddisfacente l'attrezzatura della casa. Tuttavia, nella descrizione della casa che trovate nella inserzione di VRBO, è specificato che non c'è il wifi, non c'è l'aria condizionata, non c'è il tostapane non c'è la macchia per il caffè (ma abbiamo la classica moka per preparare il caffè italiano). Leggere attentamente l'inserzione consente di scegliere una casa che risponda alle proprie esigenze per non restare poi delusi. Naturalmente farò tesoro dei vostri consigli per migliorare la mia casa e, per questo, Vi ringrazio. Sicuramente, per il prossimo anno installerò il wifi.

Una piacevole vacanza in famiglia

Con piacere abbiamo trascorso un paio di settimane in questa bella villetta immersa nel verde e a qualche centinaio di metri dal mare. Ambiente tranquillo e piacevole, spiaggia con ciottoli, poco praticata perché meno "comoda" di altre, ma amata dai miei figli. La signora Macis è stata gentilissima e disponibile sin dal primo momento, oltre che rapidissima a risolvere una anomalia esterna presentatasi dopo poche ore dal nostro arrivo. Una esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Nous allions en Sardaigne en famille pour les 60 ans de ma maman. Paola fut d une extrême gentillesse et nous attendu jusque 1h30 du matin. Le linge de maison était impeccable tout comme la maison. Des boissons fraîches nous attendaient dans le frigo. Nous n avions pas de voiture et cela ne nous a pas dérangé de prendre les bus locaux. En revanche, pour toute personne souhaitant être indépendante : courses, visites, jolies plages - une voiture est recommandée. La plage la plus proche est à 10mns à pied. Parfait avec les enfants. Elle est tres sauvage. Nous reviendrons!

Ottimo per una vacanza con i bambini

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa casa immersa nella pineta e con un bel giardino, a poca distanza dal mare. Il soggiorno ideale con dei bambini piccoli. La casa è molto accogliente e l’ospitalità della signora Paola è stata molto piacevole: ci hanno accolto una casa pulita e un frigo pieno di bibite fresche! Esattamente ciò che ci voleva come benvenuto per iniziare bene le vacanze! Consiglieremo senz’altro questa casa, anche per la vicinanza a Pula. Francesca

maison familiale idéalement située

La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très propre,dans un environnement vert et très calme. Idéale pour une famille avec enfants. Paola est à l'écoute et très disponible. Une belle plage peu fréquentée est accessible en 10 min à pied. Les autres plages (Chia, Santa Margherita di Pula sont rapidement accessibles en voiture). Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos 3 enfants.

Very nice house, well situated, clean and functionnal - we had a lovely stay !

We were six in this house and had a very good time. The house has a nice shaded terrasse where we took all our meals. Location is calm so we could sleep with windows opened which is nice in such a warm place. It's near the seashore so there is always a slight wind to refresh you. There is a sand beach close to the house with war and clear blue water, a few hundred meters away, 5 to 10 min walk and it's not crowded as can be some of the more accessible nearby beaches. The nice town of Pula is a five minutes drive away with all commodities and shops you could need, some good restaurants for a full meal or a nice breakfast. Should you need more, Cagliari is only half an hour away. The house was very clean out our arrival, something we are very sensitive to, the beds are really confortable, better than home said one kid ! And to finish, Paula, our host, was very nice, giving us all needed information on the house or the neighbourhood, meeting us with a fridge full of fresh drinks and thi sis something you appreciate after a 4 hours drive with 32°C outside of the car. Certainly a place we would consider to come back to for another stay !

Ottima vacanza

Casa molto accogliente adatta per famiglie con bambini , La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile , la casa è dotata di tutti i confort per passare una vacanza tranquilla compreso di lenzuola e asciugamani .
