Gates Cottage is a beautiful Rosemary Beach Cottage steps away from the iconic Coquina Pool and only a two-minute walk to the beach. The property is also located within a short walk to both the Eastern Green Park and the Playground Park. This home is the perfect choice for an excellent family beach getaway!

This coastal getaway features three spacious levels of living space. Gather family members and friends in the open dining space with seating up to 6 and more! The large windows in the naturally lit living room foster a peaceful relationship between the natural surroundings and interior spaces.

Enjoy warm breezes and summer cocktails on the front porch with family and friends or follow the boardwalk and escape to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a great house. The layout and beds are perfect for a family or large group. Close to the pool, tennis courts, and beach! Easy to get everywhere with the bikes. Exceeded our expectations!

Gates Cottage was the perfect beach house for our vacation. The space was outstanding. Plenty of room for our grandchildren to move around. Large kitchen, large bedrooms and three floors. So close to the pool just two doors down and very close to the green space and beach. Bikes were helpful to get to the little “downtown”. We hope to return to this home next year!

This was our 2nd year in this home and it checks all the boxes for our family. One suggestion would be a keypad on the boardwalk door - the physical key is annoying when people coming/going and different times and most often from that boardwalk door. The keypad on the back is great, wish there was the same on the other door.

Traveling with four young kids can be a challenge, but this home's proximity to the pool (no need to pack snacks!) and beach (only schlepping beach gear approx 100 yards) made everything so much easier. The home is beautiful and kitchen well-stocked with everything you might need. We traveled with grandparents and there were lots of living spaces for kids or adults to escape. Would absolutely return.

The homes are better equipped also. We really liked Gates cottage- the location, the decks, bedrooms, bathrooms. The laundry/mud room spot was great coming in from the beach. Even the shower downstairs was an unexpected help with the kids after the beach or pool. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We have already rented again for our trip next year.

Only a few steps to the pool and was an easy walk to the beach with our girls (8, 5, and 4). I little bit of a walk to restaurants but our girls did fine. The house had plenty of towels, and everything in the kitchen you would need. I did buy paper plates to make life easier for the week. And brought my kids plastic milk cups which I’m glad I did. It would be nice if the house came with at least a couple beach towels. We have to fly to Florida so it’s not super convenient to bring big towels in a suitcase. And one note- we were not able to check in until 5pm. They told us that in advance, but that is very late. We felt a little cheated on our money to have to pay for a whole day and not get to check in until 5pm/ then check out by 10am. Overall great house and will be back again.

Gates Cottage is a perfect Rosemary Beach property. The house is fantastic. Main bedroom is massive with a generous ensuite bathroom and a nice private balcony. The 3rd floor loft is great for a bunch of kids and a set of parents - room is divided only by a curtain. The two Jack-and-Jill bedrooms share a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The main living area is well laid out and provided a lot fo hang out space between the large kitchen table and the couches. You are literally steps away from the Coquina Pool and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was a nice size but everything felt very cheap. All of the kitchen utensils were falling apart plastic and there were stains on the sofas and chairs. When we arrived we noticed that the master bed strongly smelled like cologne and it seemed as though they made the bed without changing the sheets. On the lower level bathroom the cheap, plastic toilet seat just popped off and there was a towel rack that had been torn off the wall (so there were just holes in the wall where the rack should have been). Outside of the location, there is absolutely NOTHING luxurious about this rental. The staff at 30A Luxury vacations is so wonderful but unfortunately their properties are continually a complete disappointment.

Great property for the extended family. Easy walk to the beach.

Entire family enjoyed the stay. Had a small issue with the a/c but property management took care of it right away. Only suggestion would be more access keys to the beach as we had several groups.
