Perfect size for my family of four and very convenient location to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs . Had a young mule deer spend the night in the back yard so my kids loved that. Worked very well for us for a 3 night stay .

We visited some friends for three days in the Springs and stayed at The Emerald Nest. We are so glad that we did! The location is awesome and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Every room was well-appointed and it made our stay so much nicer. The whole process was effortless and The Emerald Nest is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do.I was apprehensive about its proximity to Colorado Avenue, noise wise, but it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely stay here again

The Emerald Nest was very cozy, inviting and clean. Host Cindy is very easy to deal with. If you like wild life, we saw deer in the yard almost every day. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cindy’s home in Colorado Springs! Cindy was very responsive and communicated with us right away. We were able to check in a little early, which was very helpful, and when we had a minor plumbing issue during our stay, she took care of it promptly.The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of towels and everything we needed. The checkout process was simple and easy. It is an older home, but it has a comfortable, welcoming feel, and the location was fantastic—close to downtown Manitou Springs and convenient to so many of the area’s attractions.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Cindy’s place to others visiting the Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs area!

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely home. The location was close to Manitou, Old Colorado City, and Garden of the Gods. It was walkable and quiet. Beds and sitting areas very very comfortable.

Great place to stay!

The home was very comfortable and a nicely decorated! We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were oh so comfortable! So many things to see and do close by. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was centrally located to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak etc! Liked that we could sit in both the front and back of the house. The only drawback is that the kitchen is small, only 1 person can be in there at a time.

Cozy home base with quirky charm
