The Space:
This luxurious home is perfect for couples or corporate groups looking for relaxation and comfort. Specially designed for the Parade of Homes. The living room and dining are spacious and perfect for relaxation and conversation. The balcony features a private hot tub and fire pit. Your group will enjoy the front courtyard with a BBQ grill and patio furniture for evening BBQs after a relaxing day of golf and play. The rooftop balcony provides a perfect setting for relaxation. Enjoy the private hot tub, custom fire pit, and extra seating as you enjoy the sunset. You will enjoy the front balcony to enjoy your morning beverage while watching the sunrise. We have a fully stocked kitchen that you can use to enjoy home-cooked meals, flatscreen TVs with cable, and wifi.

This home boasts immaculate luxury amenities for families, corporate retreats, and leisure travelers. It is ideally located to explore southern Utah. Right off the Zion Canyon exit, you can quickly head to Zion for a day of adventure. Your group will enjoy a shared pool and hot tub, and park area. The designer suite is within walking distance to Coral Canyon Golf Course, restaurant, and bar If you are looking for other adventures, just within a few miles, there are two reservoirs, a helicopter tour company, three golf courses, and quick access to downtown St. George. Guest Access:
Check-in instructions will be supplied approximately 24 hours before arrival. You can park in the garage or on the street for free. To access the home, and for easy check in, we will send you door codes prior to your stay.

It’s a very good place to stay

Very clean and nice. We had a lot of fun with the pickle ball courts and all the things to do around the houses. The only thing we had trouble with was the fob for the pool. It didn’t ever work for us but other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Stay for Family Reunion

A wonderful place to stay for our family reunion. It is spacious, clean, and our whole family of 24 fit nicely in the two condos. The kitchens are big and well stocked for us to cook meals at home. We had a ping pong tournament one night and a corn hole tournament the next. It is a beautiful 45 minutes from Zion National Park. We really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend staying here.

Good for large groups, nice pool. Lots of outdoor activities andsome really good museums.

It is a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay with family very much. There were some issues that should be addressed however. In one house the disposal didn’t work, nor did the ice machine. There was no toaster, a shortage of glasses and no dishcloth or dish towels. The oven had something burnt on, and the grill was a disaster. Luckily they could use these items next door, even though inconvenient. In the other house we also had no dishcloth and only 1 dish towel, and too few glasses. We did buy some wine glasses to use and leave there, as there were only two for both houses. The upstairs master bathroom towel rack is very loose and the doorhandle to this bedroom needs adjusting. The garage was very cluttered and had to be rearranged to get a car in. All of us, from both houses, loved the ice maker with crushed ice. These are very nice places with a nice pool right across the street that we enjoyed. They just need a little more attention.

We got our 5 Children, spouses and grandchildren together. We had a wonderful time together. We played games , pickleball, swam, and just relaxed. The condos were great! We had so much room to sleep and hang out. We will be back for sure next year.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family just returned from staying at this location. We all had a great time. The condos were clean and cared for. We loved having the swimming pool and pickleball courts across the street. The splash pad was not working which was disappointing since it was so hot. The people we talked with at Private Vacations were very helpful and supportive. We do have one family member that is in a wheel chair. She used her smallest wheelchair and could not roll into the handicap shower. She also had a difficult time using the toilet. We were also counting on two sofa beds. There was not a sofa bed in condo 2383. Thank you for providing a great place for our family to get together.

Great place near St. George

Absolutely loved the place! It is two separate units (which is very clear in the listing) which worked out great for our family to have a kids side and an adults with no kids side. This listing did state there was a king suite with a sleepnumber bed, which was not in our units. Also one of the descriptions indicated a room with three triple bunks. That would have been great for the kids in our group, but this was an error. The two units we had on this listing - each unit had one area with two double bunks. One unit, the bunk room had a door, the other unit the bunk area was at the top of the stairs and was not a separate sleeping area. We loved the location. Made great use of the pool (which was great, but could be cleaned maybe a bit more often). The pickle ball courts were great. The splash pad was not working while we were there. We inquired but never heard why. Parking was right but adequate. The units were pretty well stocked with kitchen supplies. This ended up being great for our family get together. We would definitely go back!

Great Property

We just hosted a family get together at both properties and it worked great for our large group! We loved being able to sit outside at night and everyone had enough space. Both units were extremely clean and well maintained.

The units we had were very nice and well kept. The only issue was that VRBO advertised it as a 10 bedroom and ten full bathrooms. Only the larger sized unit had full bathrooms for each bedroom. The smaller unit only had four full baths and on half bathroom with no bath or shower. This did not meet our needs for sago during this trip. We should have worked directly through private vacations. They also were able to let us rent one more night to extend our stay in one of the units.

Beautiful Homes for Family Reunion

We were suppose to get married the weekend we stayed there but due to the pandemic, we had to postpone. Since my family already has the weekend off, we decided to all meet up in St George for a little reunion. The homes are centrally located to all the hikes and adventures our family did. Both were beautifully decorated, although as someone who's keen on interior design, 2383 had beautiful detailing on the tiles used for the kitchen and the bathrooms. Love this place and would definitely come back!

We rented two units together for a family reunion and they were both decorated beautifully and were very spacious. The bedrooms each had TV's which everyone loved. The kitchen was supplied wonderfully other than I would have liked a larger garbage can in the kitchen we were staying in, but it was no big deal. The swimming pool was across the street but was a bit small. The kids loved it though. The ice machine was awesome in one of the units we loved. We would have liked an iron and ironing board in our unit, but it was again just a suggestion for the owners.
