Very welcoming and comfortable, the chalet has just been completely renovated and refurbished, so that you will immediately feel at home.
The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one with a sauna, 4 WCs and can comfortably accommodate 13 people.

    Two bedrooms which can be converted on request, either with two 80 x 200 single beds or a 160 x 200 double bed on request

Family visit —Wonderful Introduction to the Alps

The chalet was a great place for our family of 9. It is well constructed with wonderful wood throughout. Indoor and outdoor spaces provided good gathering spots and the teens and twenties could entertain themselves in one area of the house leaving the living room to the adults. The views are terrific. This was my 3rd visit to Les Houches/Mont Blanc and my favorite place to stay.

Very nice chalet with a very kind and responsive host!

The chalet itself was beautiful, very clean, spacious and close to the Les Houches station and you can absolutely have averything you need nearby. Stephanie, the host is very accommodating, kind enough to point us to the right directions of what our team would like to do. She is easy to reach and a very nice host. I can honestly recommend this chalet!

Emplacement idéal pour le ski !

Nous étions 10 adultes, un enfant de 3 ans et un bébé de 3 mois. Chalet très pratique par sa répartition idéale des salles d'eau/bain. Une salle de jeu équipée pour tous les âges. La pièce à vivre est grande, en U, avec le salon, d'un coté, puis la salle à manger, et enfin la cuisine. Ce chalet est pensé pour la location.

Un trocito de paraíso en los Alpes

Hemos estado durante tres semanas en esta casa y han sido unos días maravillosos compartidos con la familia. La casa no puede ser más bonita y fiel a las fotos, tiene una ubicación perfecta, para poder hacer múltiples excursiones y algo que nos ha resultado tremendamente práctico con los niños que es un parque, un lago y un bosque a 3 minutos a pie. Por otro lado, la casa está muy bien equipada, con todo tipo de detalles para los más pequeños, libros, juguetes… y también comodidades para los mayores. La cocina con muchos utensilios y con buenas calidades.

Merveilleux séjour en famillle

Nous venons de passer trois jours en famille dans ce chalet très confortable, spacieux, bien équipée et jolie déco montagnarde avec vue sur le massif du Mont blanc et l Aiguille du Midi ! À deux pas de Chamonix et de belles balades à faire en famille … merci pour l’accueil !

Better then perfect!

We had a great stay at the chalet. We were with a large group (8 adults and 7 children). The chalet was big enough and has all the equipment you can dream of. The beds are good and the sauna was a nice escape after a buisy day on the slopes. Stephanie is a great host and takes all the time for you when needed. Its a short walk to the Prarion lift.

Nous sommes partis en famille pendant les vacances de février dans ce chalet et avons passé un séjour fabuleux! Il est très bien placé: à deux pas du télécabine du prarion et de l’esf, proche du jardin d’enfants ESF et de la crèche.., les balades autour du lac proche du chalet sont splendides aussi! Le chalet est parfait pour une grande famille avec enfants, très bien équipé avec des jeux pour enfants, lit bébé, chaise bébé.... l’hôtesse est charmante, sérieuse et serviable. Rien à redire sur le logement!

Cozy house , very good location. We had a great stay!

We had a very nice stay in Les Houches. The house is much better than in the pictures and the location was perfect! Walking distance to Le Prairion lift, buses, boulangerie, nice park and walking area. Stephanie was very easy to communicate with. We were 2 families with children (tot 10 people) and the house worked out perfectly for us. If I had to say anything, it would be that the layout of the entrance area and the ski room were not very practical but we really had no big issues with this. We definitely recommend this house!
