Completely remodeled cottage with 4 bedrooms , 2.5 bathrooms. Front porch for relaxing and a private in ground pool in the backyard. there is deck and a patio area with a fire pit. This property is close to the very popular Harborside Bar and Grill famous for the Orange Crush. You can pick up fresh seafood from Martins fish co just down the street or put your boat in the water ,the local boat ramp is just feet away. We are very to the outlets for shopping convenience and walking distance of the park and ride, so you are just a hop skip and a ride from the boardwalk.

Great place to stay for Country Calling!

Five of us total stayed. The place was clean and easy to get to with lots of eating and bars nearby. It is an easy uber drive to OC. We even walked to OC one day, took about 25 minutes. Great host, great, communication. Easy check in and check out. Thank you so much!

Perfect location, perfect pool, perfect setup in the house and amenities. This was an amazing place to stay so much around such a quick drive to the beach you couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Great house in a great location.

The house worked out perfect for us. It got us away from the noise of downtown OCMD. However, it was a quick drive to take a day trip. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. I would day come back.

Family vacay

We stayed there with our 7 year old and 3 year old. Michael is very fast at responding to questions. The pool was perfect and Harborside restaurant next door is an added perk. It is close enough to the boardwalk and all of ocean city fun without the noise. My only recommendation is to have a typed out info page with pertinent information, wifi info, location of circuit breaker, list of favorite dinner spots, etc then we wouldn't have had to bother Michael as much that first day. But he responded without any issues. The steps upstairs are narrow and steep so that might be hard to navigate for some. The beds were comfy and they had all towels needed for the house.

Amazing little getaway

Such an excellent spot for our family, we felt very comfortable, location was great, near the beach and parks. Michael was very quick with responses and helpful. Would definitely keep in mind for our next beach trip!

Nice vacation spot

The house is very nice and they provided linens/towels, we only had to bring paper towels. The beach is about a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Beautiful house within walking distance to many attractions

As soon as we entered the house we were surprised by how clean and how spacious the house was. All the beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect for cooling off after a hot day. The house is about a half an hour walk to the boardwalk and is perfect for those who are looking to not stay right on the boardwalk but on the outskirts of it. Being right across from the Harborside Bar and Grill was great for a late night dinner. The kitchen was full of utensils and other appliances that let us cook more and put in less work. The owner was very generous and even sent a package of toiletries in the middle of our trip to make sure we wouldn’t run out and have to buy our own. Overall it was a great house that made our trip that much better and we’d definitely recommend it.

This property has been in the family since it was built in 1948. during the renovation we tried to keep the old wooden floors and upcycle the original doors as decorator accent. it is a great location with plenty to do in walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This is a private residence that is both sanitized by a cleaning crew between each stay, it is also sanitized by a UV light with Ozone for an extra level of protection. While nothing is full-proof, we strive to do all we can to protect our guest. you also have your own private pool and back yard area to stay as secluded as you choose.
