70mÂČ apartment, renovated in 2017, located at Place du Port-Vieux, 30m from the beach, on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with lift. The real plus is the private parking space in the basement of a residence located 50m away because it is impossible to park in the city center.
Everything can be done on foot: beaches, market, shopping, bars, restaurants, ...

This apartment, which has just been renovated, is composed of:
- an entrance
- a living room / stay giving on terrace with sight on the rock of the virgin
- a separate kitchen with balcony
- 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto a balcony

Absolute gem!

Great sized apartment with everything you could need. Modern, clean decor and comfortable beds! Convenient for beaches and restaurants, all within a short walk. The car parking space is invaluable! We had a fabulous stay and would definitely book again! Thank you :)

Merveilleuse location!

C'est un trÚs bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé. Malheureusement, il y avait beaucoup de moustiques dans l'appartement, particuliÚrement la nuit. Ma fille de 3 ans était piquée partout, jusque dans le visage, et ce malgré les produits anti-moustique. La chambre pour enfants est confortable, mais bruyante la nuit. Somme toute, nous avons eu un excellent séjour.

SĂ©jour formidable en famille

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able avec nos 2 enfants dans cet appartement. TrĂšs bien entretenu et pratique en famille, nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueilli par la gĂ©rante qui s'est montrĂ©e prĂ©venante et sympathique. Tout est fait pour passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able avec des enfants, jeux , jouets et coin lecture dans leur chambre. Cote chambre parentale, grand lit et la literie de bonne qualitĂ©. Au niveau de l'emplacement, l'appartement est vraiment proche de tout. Les Halles. commerces et restaurants Ă  pied et en plus une place de parking intĂ©rieure, tellement rare dans ce coin. 2 plages accessibles en moins de 15 minutes de marche et 1 petite juste en face. Avec le petit balcon et un bout de vue mer. C'est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able. Seul petit point nĂ©gatif tout de mĂȘme. Le balcon est situĂ© juste en face d'un point de collecte des poubelles. C'est trĂšs bruyant car le systĂšme est en mĂ©tal et fonctionne sac par sac. Cela claque constamment jusqu'Ă  tard le soir Ă  cause des restaurants qui viennent jeter durant les heures d'ouverture. il vaut mieux dormir fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es cotĂ© rue. Sinon tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien et je recommande vraiment cet appartement.

TrÚs agréables vacances

L'appartement bien situĂ© vous n’avez pas besoin de la voiture tout est accessible Ă  pied mais il y a un prix Ă  payer pour ĂȘtre au centre, le manque de calme
 les nombreux bars/resto Ă  cĂŽtĂ© ou en face de l’appartement ne vous permettent pas d’ĂȘtre au calme. Il y a un bruit permanent de la musique et les hurlements de jeunes Ă  la fermetures de bars/resto qui trainent dans les rues. L’appartement n’est pas climatisĂ© et ne dispose d’aucun ventilateur donc vous n’avez pas la possibilitĂ© de fermer les fenĂȘtres pour dormir au calme et c’est Ă  prendre en compte si vous voulez cous reposer un peu. L’appartement mĂ©rite d’ĂȘtre nettoyĂ© en profondeur, beaucoup de poussiĂšre, toiles d’araignĂ©e, sable/cailloux, des miettes dans les placard et les tiroirs. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le canapĂ© dans le salon car en l’ouvrant nous avons constatĂ© que la literie Ă©tait trĂšs sale, nous ne voulions pas prendre des risque et tomber sur les bestioles. La personne qui vous accueille demande l’heure de l’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part qui vous arrange mais c’est juste pour la forme car c’est elle qui dĂ©cide et fait ce qui l’arrange elle, pour ne pas rater le train je lui ai demandĂ© de venir 5 min plus tĂŽt mais mĂȘme ça elle ne l’a pas respectĂ©. Elle vous prĂ©vient qu’à l’arrivĂ©e les lits ne seront pas faits
 et avant de partir vous devez dĂ©faire les lits et tout regrouper avec les serviettes, torchons dans un seul endroit pour lui faciliter le mĂ©nage, et pourtant nous avons payĂ© le forfait mĂ©nage. Le matĂ©riel de plage, vieillot ou abimĂ© mais vous pouvez au moins vous servir d’un parasol. Pour rĂ©sumer les points positifs : l’emplacement, les points nĂ©gatifs : le bruit, la propretĂ© et l’accueil
