Perfect for a couple. Apartment had everything we needed. Very much appreciated AC. Close to Metro, lots of shops and restaurants. Recommend and would stay there again.
The studio apartment was small but very well equipped. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all worked very well. At times we needed a little extra heat and that was easy to figure out, too. Olivier was very attentive to our arrival, communication was very good. The apartment is in a neighborhood with families, small businesses, bakeries, and a wonderful Tuesday and Friday market. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.
Loved my stay in Paris. The apartment was exactly as noted in all comments. Olivier was a great host and walked me through the apartment and I never had any issues or need to reach out. This location is a quaint neighborhood where you feel like a real Parisian. I was able to walk, multiple Metro stops, great restaurants, bistros etc...I would definitely book again hopefully soon!!
The apartment is in a fabulous residential neighborhood that has every kind of shop, restaurant, market, metro stop within walking distance. It is within a half hour walk/metro to anything you’d want to see. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mobility issues because of 2 flights up and the need to walk. But that’s what we loved about it.The apartment is in an old building with rustic charm. It doesn’t have an official “living area” but the kitchen eating and desk area was good for hanging out.
Great location in the 11th. Many cafes, transit options, and groceries available. Olivier was a a great host, met us with the keys and explained how everything worked.Quiet spot and a comfy bed!
We really enjoyed this apartment for the entire week that we were in Paris. It has great amenities and we enjoyed resting there every day. The location was great and it was an easy walk to the metro.
Great little apartment, it had everything we needed. Very nice gentleman / host, who was very helpful when needed. It was easy to find our way around from the apartment. It was also very clean, we also had a safe which gave us a feeling of security. I would happily stay here again.
A quiet and peaceful setting in busy Paris, the apartment looks into a lovely garden courtyard in beautiful Le Marais area. Easy access to public transport or walk to many attractions. We also loved that we felt we weren't in an over-turistic area but living like Parisians do. The apartment is generously equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We loved it.
Had some trouble figuring out how to use the appliances, but it worked fine. Good, efficient layout of apartment, just the right size for two people. The host was quick to respond and helpful at check-in.
This apartment was exactly what we were expecting and it lived up to all of our wants and needs. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in Paris wanting to experience an authentic Parisian apartment!
We enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment. It was well equipped and in a good location. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We’d stay there again.
Our host was so accommodating and let us bring our luggage into the apartment upon our arrival. That helped us out tremendously. The fresh flowers growing in the windowsills of this exquisite apartment just made our stay even nicer. The apartment was the perfect layout for me and my 12 year old. We marketed, cooked and ate out. Everything I needed was available to use in the apartment. It has gorgeous views of the interior courtyard that also has lots of growing plants. The bathroom feels like a spa and the apartment has a warm and chique feel to it. We had 6 Boulangeries, 4 grocers, restaurants, chocolatiers, jewelers and designer clothing boutiques within 1 to 5 blocks. We used the Metro every day and the short 2 block walk was beautiful. Tres Magnifique!
Wonderful apartment in great neighborhood with easy access to metros, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. The owner met us at our arrival and showed us how to use the keys and codes to get in. He gave us an overview of the place and answered questions. He was easy to contact, but once there we had no reason to. The space was exceptionally clean. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, mainly for morning coffee and tea, but it is very well equipped. The main area - kitchen, table, desk - has windows on 2 sides looking into the courtyard with beautiful flower boxes outside each window. (Another window like this in bedroom as well) Shelves above the desk/table had a variety of books. The cheery apartment is small but sufficient. Much larger (especially the bathroom) than most I was finding through various sites. The bed was soooo comfortable and good sized. Plenty of space in closet to hang clothes as well as shelf room. Small safe in wall of closet, although we felt very secure in the building and neighborhood. Apartment has a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Also had drying rack which we preferred to use. Plenty of outlets throughout. 2 floors up on a winding staircase, but not as narrow as some we have experienced. Easy to carry our luggage up. It felt like regular Parisian living. Wished we could have spent more time here and in this location. We would definitely stay here again.
Good location, quiet neighbourhood, useful to have both washing machine and dryer. Stairs up to the apartment on second floor are steep and narrow so if you have heavy cases you need to be agile and fit.We enjoyed our stay and the kitchen met all our needs. Local shopping for food, coffee etc is excellent.
The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which all made for a nice stay. The neighborhood in which it is located is great--a typical Parisian quarter, with a world class boulangerie (bakery) right on the corner, and a nice little carrefour/market just around the corner that carries everything you need in terms of food & supplies. Metro stop is a four minute walk away. Lots of nice little restaurants on the side streets, and of course the obligatory cafe/bistro with streetside tables on the corner of the Avenue de la Republic and the Rue Pamentier, where you can eat and drink well, and watch the Parisians walk. But the boulangerie alone is worth staying here.
We had a pretty good stay.
A good place to get over jet lag. Easy to find shops & restaurants. Bed was comfortable & shower had strong flow.WiFi was weak, but otherwise a good stay.
