Stay in the best location, just steps to the beach, across the street from the Hyatt, but at a fraction of the cost! In addition, you have your own full kitchen to prepare meals in, and a quiet lanai to dine on, thus adding to your cost savings. This modern cozy studio is decorated in the serene colors of the ocean, making it a cool place to relax in after a day in the sun. It is fully furnished with a comfortable queen sized bed, an inside dining table and chairs, and an additional lounging chair to relax and read or watch TV in. Cable TV, and WiFi are provided, as well as beach chairs. The bathroom has a small soaking tub and shower and is stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels. So join the dawn patrol, and you can have sand in your shoes, and sun on your face in no time at all. You are just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach with this great condo from Lucky Cat. Pounce on it!

We promise to meet you at the building when you arrive, and orient you to the unit and the necessary information about it. We can save the details for the next day, if you are tired and prefer that. We have been lucky to have traveled a lot, we know what savvy travelers want: a clean place to stay that offers comfort, convenience and value. We can offer that. Of all the places we've visited, when we arrived in Hawaii we felt we were truly in paradise. We want you to have that same feeling from the very first moment of you vacation. Because we are a family owned and managed business and we do it all ourselves, we can offer you clean comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost, and provide personalized caring service. In fact, we chose to live in Waikiki, close to our units to better provide this. We take pride in the cleanliness and unique decor of each of our units- they are not typical cookie-cutter hotel rooms. We have 10 condos available from studio to 2 bedroom, all in Waikiki. They were chosen with care using this question- Would we like to vacation there ourselves? We want to share with you our love of Hawaii and will do all we can to help make your vacation dream a reality. We look forward to meeting you!

This building is a hidden gem. It's quiet, small, you never have to wait or squeeze onto a crowded elevator. The location can't be beat... Efficient studios just a stones throw from the pricey hotels and the beach. Sure, there is no pool, but again, the ocean is right there, and conveniently, restaurants and surf shops are as well. This building is a fantastic value for travelers. It's cozy, but really efficient. In fact, we liked it so much that we bought a second unit on the same floor. We like the options this gave travelers, friends can be close, but still can enjoy their own space.
What makes this property unique
This unit has all the conveniences that you need for a comfortable vacation. Although square footage is not large, it really feels spacious. The best part is the location. Just sit on the lanai, look across the street at the people staying at the Hyatt, and be satisfied that you indeed are a savvy traveler. Now you can spoil yourself and do something special with the money you have saved.
