Charming villa completely renovated. It is the ideal place to spend a holiday in a peaceful place, enjoying the pleasures of the swimming pool and the outdoor life of the Côte d'Azur. While being quiet this villa is located near the major tourist sites in the region:
- Grasse, capital of perfume, 5 Km
- Cannes and its Croisette, 16 km
- Nice Airport, 35 km
A covered terrace communicates with the kitchen. It allows you to take your meals outside, sheltered from the sun with a view of the old village of Cabris.
Its 10X5m swimming pool is secure. It has a 35 m2 wooden terrace ideal for sunbathing.
The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with ice maker, an induction hob, an electric oven,
a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
Hot water is produced by a solar water heater.
On the ground floor, one bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, the second with a double bed.
The bathroom is fitted with a double sink vanity unit and an Italian shower. The suspended WC is independent.
Upstairs is the master suite with its bathroom: single sink cabinet, walk-in shower and WC. The French window opens onto a roof terrace.
The garden has a space to play pétanque and a carport

Great place to stay!

Very clean and delicate home in a peaceful neighbourhood. Several stores and bakeries nearby, and the kitchen is well equipped. Aircondition in all rooms is also very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Valerie’s house. The pool is big and gated, which was perfect when travelling with our youngest. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. AC was very powerful and in every room. The neighborhood was calm and family friendly with all major tourist attractions in relatively short driving distance. Highly recommended.

A great stay in Peymeinade

We had a very enjoyable stay at Valerie's house. The house was exactly as described, and the pool and gardens were wonderful. Close to local amenities (a short drive away), and easy to get to local towns such as Grasse, Cannes and Antibes. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous stay in Peymeinade

We stayed at this lovely villa set in a quiet street in Peymeinade. A great base to explore some beautiful villages nearby and only a short drive away from the larger cities of Nice and Cannes. The house was perfect for us with a lovely sized pool and modern & clean interior. We will definitely be back to the French Riveira and would highly recommend this lovely villla to stay. Thank you Valerie!

We had a perfect stay! A family of 4 with young adult children, 3 bedrooms was a great fit. AC in all rooms was just fantastic!! Inside everything looks all new, it's fresh and modern looking. More than enough space. The kitchen was perfect, it has all appliances needed. Petanque field in the back, barbeque, and a great lounging area. The pool area is just great. More than big enough for all. Also the area itself is very quiet. Shops in 5 min driving distance. The hosts were really great, very accommodating and helpful. Quick to respond. When you rent you normally need to buy things like hand soap, toilet paper, things for cleaning, olive oil etc. All that plus a bottle of rose was all here for us. It's that little extra that is very appreciated!Highly recommended, and we'd love to come back!!

Wonderful house in Peymeinade

We spent six amazing days in Valérie and Pascal's wonderful house. The house was perfect for our family. The pool is big and has a nice wooden terrace with sunbeds. The house itself is newly renovated and is very well equipped and with air-condition (which is a must in July). There is a beautiful view of the hills from different places in the house and from the pool area. The garden is well kept and the area is quite and near to shopping. The house was completely clean upon arrival. Valérie and Pascal were very helpful and attentive at all times. We highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house. Thank you for a great vacation, Valérie and Pascal.

We have just enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks in this fantastic property. It is modern, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool is absolutely amazing and we made use of it every single day – it really was the highlight of the holiday.The house easily accommodated our group of 6 adults (myself, my partner, our 2 daughters and their partners) without ever feeling cramped or overcrowded. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax both indoors and outdoors.A car is definitely handy to have, but there is also a very convenient bus to Grasse SNCF, which connects you to the whole region – from Cannes, Antibes and Nice, right through to Monaco and even Ventimiglia in Italy.The hosts were truly lovely and welcoming, and we really appreciated the thoughtful treats on arrival. During our stay, the local couple who checked us in were also fantastic – friendly, helpful, and always on hand if we needed anything. They discreetly checked on us during the holiday and kept the pool beautifully clean, which made the stay even more relaxing.We honestly didn’t want to leave. This property felt like a real home away from home. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with easy access to everything the French Riviera has to offer.

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem größeren Anwesen, verfügt über einen eigenen Carport mit großzügiger Auffahrt, einem eigenen Boule-Platz und einem wirklich großen Pool der so angelegt ist, dass man auch wirklich gut darin schwimmen kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist überragend!

Séjour d'une semaine en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 10 à 15 ans).Logement très propre, climatisation dans le séjour et les 3 chambres très appréciée.La maison est très bien agencée avec la chambre parentale à l'étage. Elle dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire. L'extérieur est très agréable avec le coin pétanque et la grande piscine.Quartier calme.L'hôte est vraiment disponible et très sympathique.A conseiller sans hésiter.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit toller Gartenanlage, sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet: Ab der ersten Minuten einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Mit voll ausgestatteter moderner Küche (inkl. Gasgrill auf der Terrasse), 2 schönen Bädern, das Zimmer in der 1. Etage mit kleinem Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Auf der Terrasse oder am großen Pool kann man auch Dank der ruhigen Lage herrlich entspannen. Das Haus lässt aus unserer Sicht keine Wünsche offen. Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. sind mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft bedanken: Diese hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient! Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Perfekter Rückzugsraum

Das Haus ist super, um Zeit am Pool zu verbringen, Boule zu spielen, zu kochen und sich wohlzufühlen und von dort aus Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmerbalkon ist herrlich und auf der Terrasse kann man schön sitzen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus - es war alles perfekt! Die Vermieter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und total engagiert & bemüht, das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, wir sind mit Allem rundum zufrieden! Nous avons passé des vacances incroyablement agréables dans cette belle maison - tout était parfait ! Les propriétaires étaient exceptionnellement sympathiques et totalement engagés et ont fait de leur mieux, nous n'avions jamais connu cela auparavant. Nous recommandons ce logement sans réserve, nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de tout !
