The first floor has a covered porch, lovely living room, dining area with a table that can accommodate 12, a well equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and a full bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, a full bath and access to the sun deck. Central air, off street parking for 3 cars. Owner will consider pets (dogs) for an additional charge.
