This large, clean, and air-conditioned home was a perfect fit for our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration week in Kona for our group of 10 people. First and foremost, the gorgeous ocean view and pool area created the vibe our of our little oasis. We all had our own rooms, and there was plenty of places within the home to have alone time due to several large patios, beautiful pool, and hot tub. Large eating areas both outside and inside. This is the most well-stocked home we have ever visited. Excellent location within minutes to several places to explore. The Property Manager lives next door and was very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. We would highly recommend this place! Thank you for sharing your home and helping us create so many fun and special memories!

Loved our stay

This home was perfect for our trip to the Big Island. Room for everyone and such a beautiful view. We had several meals there, using the grill and eating outside. Kids loved the pool.

Excellent home for a large family or group, comfortable beds, any appliances you would need in the kitchen. There are beach toys, chairs and beach accessories. We would be happy to stay here again one of the best we have used.

Amazing Stay-great views!

Our group of 16 had a wonderful stay here! Plenty of room and the pool was a hit for all the teenagers while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The sunset views were amazing! Ron & his wife were very helpful with any questions our group had & checkin/out was easy. This house comes equipped with just about anything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to beach gear! Perfect place for a group stay!

This stay exceeded our expectations! Kristen and Ron were very helpful and accommodating. Our family enjoyed the property, which had ample space and even the beach accessories were very useful. This is a very nice home and very well stocked. The property manager was great to work with as we did have some issues with the AC but he was on it immediately. We were here during the Kona Storm and we had electricity the whole time. The home is located on a hillside so we were not affected by the flooding and felt safe. The home has a complete kitchen and the bedrooms were just as you see in pictures. I would come back to this home.

Wonderful time

Great Family Vacation

The home was the perfect place for our family to stay. The location was perfect for fabulous sunsets and access to other activities on the island. The cleanliness of the property was excellent upon our arrival, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for all. The pool was a little chilly but still fun. The property manager was excellent and responded quickly to any questions we had during the stay. We would stay there again.

Excellent house, excellent location

Thumbs up from all guests, excellent location and , was bigger and more functional than anticipated . House swallows up guests without making it seem crowded, worked good for our group of 13 rain or shine you could find a place to relax outside or in. As a bonus the hosts provided plenty of items for the beach, towels umbrellas, mats boards chairs and tons of snorkeling gear. Mother in law suite was a bonus .

The property was amazing. The outdoor area was wonderful with the pool, hot tub and huge table. The sunsets were amazing to watch. We visited the island with our big extended family ages 1-65 and everyone had a place in the house. Ron, the property manager, was helpful.

Great for families

We celebrated our parents 50th anniversary and Christmas in Kona. This was a great place with everything you would need, pool area and plenty of beds. There were a few things that were not working in the house but Ron was very responsive to fix/replace what he could given it was a holiday week. Highly recommended house for a large group!

Great property with a lot of amenities. Kitchen was well stocked, and host provided plenty of towels, cleaning products and beach towels. Didn't need to bring anything with us. Great view, great private pool. Open and spacious for an extended family of 11. Would come back here anytime!

This was an amazing place to stay! Every detail was perfect. The house was well supplied for a family of 13 and was in a perfect location for exploring both north and south. We snorkeled, hiked, explored cultural locations, swam with manta rays and ate sumptuous meals we cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Ample space

This property had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of beds, towels, toiletries, beach and pool supplies and comfortable bedding. We had ten in our group and there were enough beds for every guest and then some. Plenty of bedrooms with privacy and views. Plenty of dishes and cookware and well more than enough seating both inside and outside. I highly recommend this property. The house is close to beaches and other great things to see and do while on the Big Island.
