Immaculate 2 BR/2BA Condo, steps from the Beach and Northside Park in North OC

Large, bright, clean and comfortable two bedroom, two full bath condo, with full kitchen, living room, and dining area with an open floor plan. Laminate and tile flooring, Southern exposure Balcony adjacent to living area allows for outdoor dining as well as sunbathing, with a nice view of the pool. Included with the condo rental is access to the private Lorelei II pool with lounge chairs, sun deck, and outside showers. Beach chairs, sand toys and water toys are provided and located in condo specific exterior closet down the hall near the elevator on the same floor.

Situated across the street from Northside Park, which has walking and biking trails, playground, free weekly activities and concerts like Sundaes in the Park with Fireworks, a crabbing pier, kayak, SUP and paddle boat rentals, grills near picnic table-filled shelters and gorgeous sunset views!
There is a fun-filled adventure here waiting at Lorelei II for kids of all ages!!
In season, rentals begin and end on Saturdays. Couples, families and senior citizens only. In order to maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment, Lorelei II has an enforced noise ordinance. Any attendees at the condo must be accompanied by their parent or guardian who is over the age of 25. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises and no pets of any kind are allowed due to condo policy.

Nice condo at a reasonable price

We were pleased with our week stay at this property and had the luck of being there on the 4th of July. The park behind the condos was one of two major fireworks sites in Ocean City. My wife and I took a short walk to the park and enjoyed one of the best fireworks shows we'd ever seen. Overall very satisfied.

Great place for our family

We enjoyed our two weeks at this property. We never heard any loud music or loud groups on any balconies. No drinking around the pool. Wow this is the very first vacation where we didn’t have to deal with a bunch of confusion. I recommend any family that wants a quiet place for their family to enjoy a great peaceful getaway to book t your next vacation here

Spacious Two Bedroom Condo

This condo had more than enough room for the six of us. Everything is exactly as described. The location in N. Ocean City is about one block from both the beach and N. Park. There are many shops and restaurants also with in walking distance. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Best Beach Trip EVER!

Our young family had the BEST time! The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Jim responds quickly to any questions. Very accommodating! The location is perfect for a family with younger kids. Within walking distance of Northside park which has a playground, walking/bike trails, and beautiful views. Short walk to the beach. Pool was not crowded at all, maybe due to time of year. Quiet and peaceful location. Thank you so, so much for allowing us to stay at your condo!

Great trip!

We spent 10 days at this condo and have nothing but nice things to say! Our family of 6 appreciated the spacious rooms, ample storage, and short walk to the beach, dining and entertainment options and a great park! Great location, beachy beauty!

Wonderful visit! Cute, clean and comfortable condo located so close to the beach and all that North OC has to offer. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and furniture. I worked remotely one day with no WiFi issues. Remember to pack your own towels, but sheets were provided. We walked everywhere once we arrived. I appreciated the owner’s communication and kindness and the ability to borrow a beach chair from the storage closet.

Nice, quiet getaway

Had a great time on the off season at a last minute getaway. It was very quiet and very comfortable. The owner was in full communication with us and worked to make sure we had the most updated information to help with our stay. It was a great view of the fireworks at Northside Park as a bonus too!

The unit and location exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean. The pool is great for families with younger kids (ranges from 3-5 feet deep). Northside Park is right next door with a big playground, fields and trails. Relatively short walk to the beach. The kids already asked to go back to the Lorelei again. Owner is very responsive. Would happily recommend.

Great accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Decor is bright and “beachy”. It was a perfect size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Owner was responsive to our needs and even travelled the same day to do a repair that saved us a significant amount of money. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in Ocean City.

Easy access to beach and park. Great location. Had an elevator which helped when carrying luggage and beach stuff. Loved seperate storage area for beach items and bikes. Spacious kitchen and dining area. Lots of kitchen supplies. Clean and quiet. Would highly recommend.
