In the heart of the historic center of Colmar, just steps away from Little Venice, the Schlumberger apartment is perfect for a family stay or with friends. This 120m2 apartment, rated 4 stars by the tourism minister, offers a bright, comfortable, and well-equipped space. Its location will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay discovering the half-timbered houses of the city of Colmar.



It consists of:

a living room/dining room with two double sofa beds

an open fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster)

a room with 3 single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and toilet

2 double rooms (the first equipped with a double bed and the second equipped with two single beds)

a bathroom with a bathtub

separate toilets



The apartment is on the 1st floor without an elevator.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.

The public Montagne Verte parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

You have the option to book private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (200m away).



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

The Schlumberger accommodation has an independent entrance, but you have the option to book multiple apartments in this building.



This historic neighborhood has many local shops.



The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.



Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Close to everything

The apartment is great. Large rooms and right in the middle of town so close to everything. There is a small grocery store almost right next door that has most anything that you would need. Apartment is very clean and comfortable.

Au centre du piétonnier de Colmar avec un accès pour le chargement et déchargement de la voiture. Très propre. Très bien équipé Spacieux. Personnes d´accueil à l´agence très sympa. Il manque une main courante le long de l´escalier. Nous étions avec des personnes plus âgées et pour elles, c´est difficile de descendre sans se tenir. La sonnette et l´ouvre porte ne fonctionnaient pas. Il manque une paroi vitrée de face, dans la salle de bain ou se trouve la baignoire, pour pouvoir prendre une douche debout sans mouiller toute la salle de bain.

Grosszügige Wohnung an perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
