Great spacious accommodation

Overall a great spacious accommodation which was suitable for 2 families. Facilities were great and the pool was lovely to have! The neighbours were also friendly and about a 10 minute walk to a restaurant and shops.

First experience of Portugal

Valter was a good communicating host even though there was a language barrier as we didn't speak each other's language, but with the help of Google we managed. The house could use some repairs and could be stocked up better, but it was ok stay and we had a great family time there.

Belle maison mais manque de fonctionnalité

Maison fidèle aux photos. Très belle maison avec de beaux volumes. A 30 min de porto et 15 min de povoa de varzim. Grande surface proche . Voiture en sécurité à l'interieur. En revanche maison moins fonctionnel avec même pas le strict nécessaire lorsqu'on arrive ( savon, huile, sel, café, produits désinfectants.... il faut tout acheter), les casseroles sont abîmés et il y a quelques fuites d eau sous les eviers. Manque de vaisselle. Manque de volets dans la pièce à vivre, escalier dangereux non sécurisé. C'est dommage.

De bons souvenirs

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le propriétaire est très réactif. La maison est grande et adaptée à tout âge. Un effort au niveau de la propreté et ce serait top. Merci Mr Fernandes.

Une bonne semaine passé dans cette superbe villa, le propriétaire est + qu'a l'écoute et très agréable, vous pouvez lui faire confiance !!! Tout le matériel et accesoire est à disposition est c'est top ! En revanche, niveau propreté laisse à désirer c'est dommage de finir sur une mauvaise note. Malgré cela j'y retournerais avec grand plaisir !

Propriétaire très a l'écoute et très sympathique et arrangeant, maison très propre et conforme a la description. Personne très sympathique a l'accueil, même si la communication n'a pas été simple puisqu'elle ne parle que portugais ! Mais ça n'a en rien gêné notre séjour!

Uma semana de relax em uma casa aconchegante, cómoda com muito espaço interno e externo. A casa tem defeitos de construção e absorve muita humidades e o cheiro interno acaba por ser desagradável e até não muito bom para a saude. Relativamente a area externa, espaçosa e com grelhador além de um piscina de dimensão generosas. Infelizmente o aquecimento da piscina não é gran coisa e a agua acabou por ficar fria, devido tambem ao tempo cuberto e a falta de sol por boa parte da semana. Pelo resto, otima localização a meia hora de Viana do Castelo, Braga, Guimaraes e Porto: essa foi a razão da escolha.

Casa Maravillosa!!

Hemos estado muy muy agusto en esta casa. Sobre todo teniendo niños pequeños es ideal para pasar el día en casa, con la piscina, barbacoa, jardín, ... Los cuartos son muy amplios y la casa entera dispone de muebles nuevos y todo tipo de menaje. La casa la encontramos muy limpia y jardín y piscina en perfecto estado. Sólo comentar que no tiene bares cerca, hay que andar un poco. Tampoco hay supermercados pero sí una tienda pequeña de pueblo en la que se puede encontrar cualquier cosa necesaria. A la playa se llega muy rápido en coche. Una vacaciones ideales!

Le logement est très moderne est c est super spacieux. C est super beau. De plus il est proche de l aéroport ce qui est commode pour y accéder. Il y a de magnifique visite à faire à proximité . Braga ponte lima,guimares. La piscine est magnifique et surtout chauffée Le seule inconvénients reste le bruit des chiens du voisinage. En bref c est super une belle prestation

Très bon accueil et le propriétaire est à l écoute et soucieux du bien-être de ces locataires.

La maison est très belle et bien équipée, calme. A 5 minutes des commerces et à 10min de la plage. Chaque chambre est équipée de sa propre salle de bain, ce qui est appréciable surtout quand on est plusieurs couples à louer. J y retournerai avec grand plaisir pour un prochain séjour.

Bien reçu et arrangeant. Location idéalement située pour visiter Porto et le Nord du Portugal ( autoroute à proximité ). La piscine était chauffée et a fait le bonheur des enfants . Très bons souvenirs...
