About this property

Entire home and family quiet

We welcome you in our house whose living area located on level 1 extends over 100 m²
On the ground floor you will find a large garage with laundry.
It is built with a beautiful stone facade.
You will find all the necessary comfort with a fully equipped kitchen.
On the night side, you will have a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with twin beds.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom which is equipped with a sink, a bath and a shower.
You will also have a large living room (living room, dining room) with a pool table to entertain you.
You will be able to rest in peace on the sunny terrace, equipped with a blind-banne, with sight on the garden.
In addition our house has a broadband internet connection and satellite television which will allow you to enjoy French channels but also foreign.

With regard to the house:

 - The cleaning must be done by the traveler before departure or will be charged in addition (if not paid service by paying in advance: 70 euros)
- Sheets and linens are not provided
- The accommodation is non-smoking
- Pets are not accepted

2 semaines de vacances dans la région et plus ! Maison et ses équipements conformes à la description . Maison propre à l'arrivée . Rien à redire. Endroit très calme , grande térasse ,accès facile. Orgnac L'Aven bien situé aux limites de plusieurs départements . Beaucoup de choses à faire. Beaucoup de beaux villages aux alentours. Je conseille sans problèmes. Propriétaires attentifs et cordiaux et discrets. Tout était parfait. Merci.

Grande maison confortable dans une très belle région

Nous avons loué cette jolie maison en famille (2 enfants). Des propriétaires charmants à la maison elle-même, tout était parfait ! La maison est propre et spacieuse, au calme tout en étant proche du petit centre du village. Le billard et la table de ping-pong ont fait le bonheur des enfants, la maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque, la literie est de qualité elle aussi et la clim est un plus appréciable. Il y a tout un tas de choses à voir dans un rayon de 20 kms et l'aven d'Orgnac et à 5 minutes à peine ! Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et les petites attentions !

Reposante et apaisante.

Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison. Les équipement (la vaisselles, l'électroménager, billard, ping-pong, barbecue...) sont au rendez vous et de très bonne qualité. La terrasse super ! Les propriétaires sont sympatiques et aux petits soins pour les vacanciers. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Ai lan et Vincent

Schönes Haus in einer ruhige Umgebung mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten

Das extrem saubere Haus liegt nur vier Minuten von der lokalen Bäckerei, Supermarkt und Tankstelle entfernt. Im Ort selbst gibt es ein Restaurant sowie eine Weinkeller. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt (genug Geschirr für mehrere Tage). Internet sowie Smart-TV. In der Garage können auch Fahrräder untergebracht werden, somit ideal für Aktivurlauber. Die schönste Tropfsteinhöhle der Gegend ist auch nur 2 km entfernt. Die freundliche Mutter der Gastgeberin hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Gastgeberin sowie Ihre Mutter hat uns dann freundlich Verabschiedet. PS: Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Rose aus der Gegend, eine Flasche Wasser,Olivenöl, Balsamicoessig, Salz, Pfeffer sowie Backpapier.

Super sejour et super accueil

Super maison, toute commodité. Les logeurs sont extrêmement gentils et vraiment à disposition pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. S il faut mettre un petit bémol c est que nous avons souffert de la chaleur. Autrement super séjour.
