Renovated beautiful direct oceanfront condo, 3 bed/2 bath North OC MD

This property is our home away from home and you will experience it just as we do! This direct ocean front unit is on the 19th floor. Three bedrooms/two baths, open concept living area with Cortec floors throughout the entire unit, quartz counters and new cabinets. Upgraded recess lighting in kitchen/hallway, new pendant lights over island. Master bedroom with on suite bath separated from other two bedrooms for privacy. Built in bar area/extra countertop with two additional beverage refrigerators so plenty of room for food and beverages.
New stove, microwave and dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen with new everything includes ice maker, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, electric mixer, mixing bowls, baking pans, cookie sheets, new stove top pans, plenty of silverware, measuring cups/spoons, assorted glassware-wine glasses, margarita glasses, kid friendly plates and glasses, beautiful coastal themed dishes /serving pieces of all sizes, anything and everything you need to cook and be comfortable! IN SEASON-IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT FOR 3 DAYS OR 4 DAYS ONLY PLEASE EMAIL ME AND I WILL TRY TO PAIR YOU UP WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO DO THE SAME. Discounts starting last week in August for extended stay ie 4 days or longer! Please email with inquiries. Other discounts possible off season. CLEANING FEE $125 OFF SEASON FOR WEEKENDS. I can change the price in the booking request.
New mattresses, bedding and furniture throughout. This unit comes with EVERYTHING!! Just pack your suitcase. Iron and ironing board, washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Basic pantry staples, spices, condiments, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Beach towels, bath towels, all bed linens, extra blankets, throws and pillows for maximum comfort. Unit also has 10 beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and cabana, beach wagon, boogie board. Most other units charge extra for linens, etc or don't even offer the use of equipment-we have set this unit up to make your vacation as simple as possible.
Free WIFI, extended cable, smart TV in living room set up for ROKU, Netflix, amazon prime. Cable/TV in master bedroom and bedroom#2 which has the queen bed.
There are lots of amenities in The Quay building-outdoor ocean front pool, indoor pool completely redone winter 2023, game room, ping pong room (we provide paddles!), tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. Also, on site management to handle any issues that arise and an onsite fooderie in season that offers delicious (and reasonable) breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
This condo is over 1500 square feet so there is plenty of room to spread out and it can easily accommodate two families!
Bedrooms:
#1-MASTER- King bed, direct ocean from view and en suite bath with large enclosed shower; set apart from living area and the other bedrooms.
#2-KIDS BUNK ROOM-separate hallway leads to this bedroom; extra large bedroom with triple full size bunks (good as single beds for teens/double occupancy for younger kids); also has twin size bed with a single trundle bed underneath. Plenty of extra linens, pillows and blankets to accommodate everyone! Great bay and ocean views from large window!
#3-Queen bed with beautiful bay view and small ocean view, this bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with a second full bath featuring a combined tub/enclosed shower right next door.

Outdoor ocean front pool/Indoor pool both heated
The Quay Cafe (Memorial Day-Labor Day) serves breakfast/lunch sandwiches
Exercise room on second floor looks out over the ocean
Steam room second floor
Arcade room/Ping Pong room (paddles and balls in the condo for you to use)
Tennis/pickleball/Basketball courts
24 hour security
On site management for immediate issues

If you are interested in partial weeks that are listed as 7 day minimums, you are welcome to email me and request your dates-we may be able to work something out! We are new to this and still learning how to best balance our family time at the beach and renting!
We are keeping an open mind about younger renters, please be honest with us and we will work with you. Also, payments can be split-just email me with questions. No pets please.
This rental has two spots available per unit for $100 first car is a "resort fee" the Quay charges, $12/day second car for the week, and if you email me I can direct you on other free options :). Off season parking is free.

Great weekend trip

This property is absolutely everything you need to enjoy OCMD! The location is quiet enough, but also close enough to all the action, that you're really getting the best of everything! The apartment is decorated like the perfect beach house. Hands down though, the amount of amenities offered might be the best part of the property. Even if you forget koozies for drinks, playing cards, beach towels, beach chairs, every kitchen utensil you can imagine- it has it all! I could not rave more about Beth and the hospitality she offered to me and my guests. We will be back and definitely recommend checking this place out for yourself!

This condo is absolutely stunning. There is everything you can possible need inside. Beach chairs, children's beach toys, beach towels, comfy bedding and comforters, and all the soft towels you can possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of appliances, dishes, cups, bowls, silverware!! You name it … it is there waiting for you! We could not have been happier with our stay. We didn't want to leave!!! Did I mention the view of the ocean out of every window!!! Amazing!!

Amazing Experience!!!

Had the opportunity to stay here over New Years with two of my good friends and we had SUCH a wonderful experience. The condo is in a great location, and faces directly onto the beach. The condo was roomy, cozy, and we loved all the beachy decorations. When the owner says you don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and food, she is 100% right. The owner has literally thought of everything! We cooked the vast majority of our week and never lacked for pots/pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. We were also able to easily order food in. Although it was off season and cold, having the balcony with its view of the ocean (and fireworks at New Year’s Eve!!) was wonderful. The owner is sooo kind, great communication and helpful. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place, it’s a total gem and me and my friends will definitely be back!

Overall GREAT experience!!

The property is obviously loved and well maintained. Anything and everything that you could want for the beach and just hanging out is in the condo. Only thing to be aware of is if the property is busy you won’t be able to pay for two parking spots, you’ll only get one. However there is a reasonably priced public lot just across the street that was very convenient. Would absolutely rent again!!

The best crabby beach haven

You won't find a better view of the beach and sunrise. Watching dolphins jump, the kids writing messages in the sand and the perfect location!

We recently purchased this condo in North ocean city and were thrilled to redo it and make it our own!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have gone to Ocean City since we were children and I have always dreamed of a beach place! I just never imagined it would be ocean front! We love that we can walk to restaurants, bars and Northside park. Also, in season, the properties on either side of us have music/bars but we can hang in front of ours if we want more of a family atmosphere-best of both worlds. Love that we have both an outdoor and indoor pool for rainy days.

What makes this property unique

The view from the balcony and master bedroom is spectacular-we wanted to provide everything to renters so mom (or dad) don't need to pack up supplies for the week! Just bring your suitcase! We have also rented places with minimal or useless cooking equipment, no extra blankets/pillows or whatever else makes the place feel homey-you will find EVERYTHING you need here, we've made sure of it!
