We will be pleased to welcome you in our modern luxury villa of 165 m2, on the front line facing the sea.
Large living room dining room kitchen of 65 m2, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath, laundry room, terraces, heated indoor pool.
Its strong point: SEA VIEW FROM ALL ROOMS OF THE HOUSE!
You have access to the entire accommodation and garden including several terraces and parking (2 cars).
House perfectly suited to 2 families, ideally located on the seafront for hiking, mountain biking, and aquatic activities (diving, fishing, kayaking, paddle, swimming ...), and access to the village of Cerbère (shops, cafes, restaurants, beach ) 10 mins walk.
South of the Vermeille coast, in the heart of the Banyuls Cerbère Marine Nature Reserve, between Collioure and the Spanish border, you will be seduced by the colors and the diverse landscapes offered by the Catalan country.
The terraced vineyards, hiking trails, beaches and wild coves will guarantee you an unforgettable stay.
Direct access to the beaches from the house:
Pebble beach in the town center (supervised) 10 mins on foot, then several coves (opposite the house) accessible on foot in a few minutes via the coastal path.

Because of its privileged and exceptional location on the 1st line, the house can be exposed to the wind in case of strong tramontane.

Breathtaking view

We had a great stay at this beatiful property overlooking sea and mountains. The house is comfortable and located near charming towns and several beaches. In a word . . . WOW!

Amazing views of the sea! Came here for a few days after spending several days in Barcelona. What a nice change of pace. Quiet and relaxing with plenty to do in the nearby towns if you wish to drive just a short way. Loved cooling off in the pool and then heading to the deck.

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette superbe maison dominant la mer. Tout y est pensé pour un confort absolu : literie de qualité et draps en lin, grand canapé, home cinéma, cuisine très bien agencée, piscine très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Cerbère, son calme, son ambiance familiale, ses habitants souriants et accueillants. Le sentier du littoral tout proche offre des balades en pleine nature, le sentier sous-marin de beaux fonds (avec une combinaison, c'est même faisable en février). Les paysages sont magnifiques, les randonnées nombreuses. La proximité avec l'Espagne est un plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Stéphanie alias Mac Gyver. Elle est attentive aux besoins des occupants, prend le temps d'échanger, est force de propositions et trouve toujours une solution. Le tout avec un grand sourire. La communication avec Line, propriétaire, a toujours été fluide, rapide et courtoise.Se consacrer à l'écriture dans un tel environnement a été une belle expérience.Nous reviendrons à Cerbère. Incroyable séjour à Cerbère

Incroyable maison avec vue mer. Grande, équipée, et fonctionnelle. Le coin piscine est tout aussi incroyable. Tous les matins nous nous levions emerveillés face a la mer. Nous avons eu du beau temps tout le long. Le quartier est calme, et Stephanie a été aux petits soins avec nous, merci à elle! Que de bons souvenirs ici et ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons!

Vue époustouflante

Cette location dispose d'une vue époustouflante. On a le sentiment de se trouver sur la proue d'un navire. C'est magique. La maison est tres jolie mais je n'ai pas mis 4 étoiles car le menage nous semblait bien fait en apparence, mais au rez de chausee il restait pas mal de cheveux et des moutons de poussière au sol. Par ailleurs l'aspirateur mis à disposition dégageait une odeur pestilantielle. Nous avons d'ailleurs prevenu Stéphanie. Nous avons donc dû changer sac et filtre pour démarrer notre séjour. Enfin, la maison est surchargée de mobilier rendant l'accès quasi impossible aux fenêtres ou aux armoires. Dans la cuisine seule la grande porte fenêtre s'ouvre sans avoir à déménager des appreils électromenager ou des chaises et fauteuils, et dans les chambres se sont coffre ou chaises qui empêchent l'accès aux armoires. C'est dommage. Ceci dit nous avons passé un excellent séjour et la région est magnifique. Un grand merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Merci aussi pour la gentille attention à l'arrivée.

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Gut ausgestattet und Sauber. Die Aussicht ein Traum! Wir waren mit der Familie da. Da unsere Kinder noch klein sind, war uns der Sicherheitsaspekte des Pools sehr wichtig. Raum zum Pool kann abgeschlossen werden. Die Lage ist perfekt, Tagesausflüge nach Spanien auch möglich. Wir waren mit einem E Auto unterwegs, das Aufladen war in der Umgebung kein Problem.

Meine Familie und ich haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl in der Villa unserer Gastgeber gefühlt. Den atemberaubenden Blick auf 's Meer von jedem Fenster aus, die faszinierende Berglandschaft, in die der hübsche Ort Cerbère eingebettet ist, die Freundlichkeit, die uns Vorort entgegengebracht wurde sowie die tollen Eindrücke, die wir bei unseren Ausflügen in der Region sammeln konnten, werden wir in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten. Maison très agréable malgré le vent, mais c est la saison, en été ça doit être sympa d apprécier les terrasses. L accueil de Stéphanie était top, sympathique et disponible. Je recommande vivement cette maison, mais plus l été, car en février, Cerbère et les environs sont un peu morts. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vacances fabuleuses !

Nous venons de quitter cette maison incroyable dans laquelle nous avons passé une semaine. Cette maison est incroyable de part son emplacement et ses prestations ! En effet on pourrait se croire dans un phare ; on voit la mer de toutes les pièces. On vit au rythme de la Méditerranée : c’est magique ! La piscine intérieure est très très appréciable. Et dans oublier de parler de l’accueil extraordinaire de Stéphanie qui prend grand soin de cette maison et des vacanciers qui s’y succèdent ! Merci Stéphanie !
