We loved staying in this 100 year old home. It is beautiful! All of the old details are things that you don't see anymore. The home had everything that we needed. We walked a lot because it is only 2 blocks from Forsythe Park. Definitely take a morning stroll and eat at Collins Quarter, which is right at the end of the part. This home is in a safe location also. We will stay here again if we are back in Savannah.

Beautiful house in great location

We loved staying here. The house was in a beautiful historic neighborhood and we were able to walk everywhere. Our favorite part was walking to Forthye Park in the mornings to start the day. Would stay again :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house worked out perfectly for my family’s Savannah vacation. My wife and I were able to stay downstairs while our kids and grandbaby had the upstairs. The location is perfect as it is close to Forsyth Park or just a short drive to River St. Or you can catch the DOT a few blocks away. The rental company was great to work with and very attentive. We had an issue with one of the door codes after arriving and they sent someone to fix it within half an hour. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation.

Perfect for friends and dogs

We had the best time at this property. We stayed with another couple and their 2 dogs and it was perfect to have our own spaces on the upper and lower level with our own kitchens. We loved sitting on the upstairs porch with mimosas and puppies. It was walkable distance to everything. We forgot a couple of items when we left but the management company were so nice to ship them back to us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the home's charm and all of the amenities- from porches to filtered water on the fridge door. Home was very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect- we could drive to orange theory but safely walk everywhere else. Communication prompt.We had only one full day/night without rain- so soaked up the sun and signts from the town by day and did historical walking tour at night. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice house in a great location. While the second floor seems to have been updated, the first floor needs to be. Most of the first floor is ok, but there are a few things that do need to be redone. I will say, the bed down there is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in on vacation.The cleaning was satisfactory, although the floors on the first floor were filthy. Unfortunately we found this out after my 11 month old grandson had been crawling on the floors. All in all, this house was very nice and I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

The location was amazing - we were able to walk everywhere all weekend long! It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but was easily walkable to all the good restaurants and sights in Savannah. Highly recommend!!
