So glad the east side of Sundancer was exactly as pictured and had everything your crew needed — a stocked kitchen, two fridges (a group-trip lifesaver!), a clean pool with plenty of chairs, and those amazing deck views. And when a couple things needed fixing, I'm really glad the team jumped on them right away — that's exactly how it should go. 👍👍👍. Thanks Gwen! Glad Sundancer was PERFECT for you all. Bummed to lose a star for some reason even though it was "perfect"... so I reached out. You said it was because it did not have a stand alone ice maker like the last home of mine you stayed in. Of course it, and most places, don't list that as an amenity.... Always happy to take requests, but... losing a star for something we don't offer... is super disappointing as it docks us for something we don't list as an amenity! 😔 Just my $.02 but I would suggest searching for the amenities you want, and not penalizing owners and homes for wish list items that they specifically don't offer in a place since it hurts the listing and is, IMHO, a bit unfair, especially when the home was 'perfect for our families.' 😉 Let's get you back, and find one that does have an ice maker next time!
