Nous avons passé un très bon séjour la maison est spacieuse beaucoup de possibilités de profiter du soleil et manger sur les terrasses la mer est très proche.

j'ai payé beaucoup moins cher pour beaucoup mieux sur l'ile...

maison familiale certe , mais il y a des limites !! si c'est pour payer les factures il faut : soit faire des efforts , soit baisser le prix..1 chambre avec 6 couchages : faux 4 .. un frigo rouillé avec une tablette en moins , une gazinière qui ne fonctionnait pas (sauf la plaque électrique rouillée pour 10) .pas de télé avec 7 enfants , bref.. je cherchais une location près du bois des héloux , c'est le point positif de cette semaine.. quand on loue , on ne reçoit le descriptif complet que 2 ou 3 jours avant , et c'est à ce moment là que l'on apprend que cette location n'est pas louée à l'année .. que nous "aidons" à l'entretien

Un petit paradis

Premier séjour à Noirmoutier pour moi, dans cette maison où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Spacieuse, chaleureuse, bien conçue... Grande cuisine où l'on peut manger à 10, grand salon avec cheminée, terrasse, grand jardin, l'océan à 5 minutes à pied... Un léger rafraîchissement serait sans doute appréciable, surtout dans la chambre du fond, mais c'est une maison où l'on se sent bien ! Je recommande.

Agréable maison, prés de l'océan, au calme, tout confort.

Accueil chaleureux de la conciergerie merci à M. AJELLO très grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, grand salon douillet, 4 chambres, grande terrasse grand terrain au calme et nous c'était au 1 janvier j'imagine en été. commerce à 10 mn à pieds à travers les ruelles cette maison compte pour 80 % dans notre séjour sur l’île grand merci au propriétaire pour ce moment
