Nous avons adoré notre semaine passée à Noirmoutier dans cette magnifique maison de vacances où il ne manque rien ! Tout de suite on s’y sent comme à la maison .. il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bons moments en famille et amis … nous avons pleinement profité du jardin et de sa table de ping-pong ainsi que de la cheminée pour les fins de journée ! l'emplacement est idéal ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Pas de circulation et tout peut se faire à vélo

Très bon accueil par la voisine des propriétaires, emplacement idéal proche de 2 plages accessible à pied et maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle avec ses 3 chambres. Si j’avais envie d’acheter à Noirmout, j’aurais eu un coup de cœur pour cette maison.

Schönes Sommerhaus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt perfekt ca 2min vom Strand entfernt. An dem langen Sandstrand kann man auch bei Ebbe gut baden. Vor dem Haus führt die Radroute zum Hauptort entlang, den man in ca 20 min entspannt erreichen kann. Wir haben den ganzen Urlaub kein Auto gebraucht. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt nichts. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer ihr Haus selbst häufig nutzen. Lediglich der Garten könnte etwas Bepflanzung vertragen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief sehr gut. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Magnifique maison bien située à proximité immédiate de la plage. Calme et dépaysement assurés. C’est une maison où on se sent tout de suite bien! L’hôte est très à l’écoute ainsi que la voisine qui se rend volontiers disponible. Nous y retournerons.
