About this property
Elegant home near Duke and downtown
Beautiful large home in a quiet, historic neighborhood that is also conveniently located close to Duke University, DPAC and everything downtown Durham has to offer. The downstairs features a large kitchen, spacious dining room and large, open living room that receives a lot of natural light. There is also a large patio that is perfect for enjoying an early cup of coffee in the morning or eating outside in the afternoons. The upstairs has three large bedrooms, two with king size, comfortable beds and one with a double bed. Two of bedrooms lead out onto a balcony. The large bathroom features an amazing oversize Spanish tile tub and plenty of natural light.
The house is 20 minutes from the airport and an easy 20 minute walk into downtown Durham. The neighborhood is one of the oldest is Durham. It is safe, quite and has several parks within walking distance.
