THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Romance awaits you. From the front porch swing to the luxury hot tub out back, everything about The Little Red Barn was built with a couples get-away in mind. A comfortable king size bed, with plump pillows and mood lighting sit directly in front of the large screen smart tv. Snuggle up and watch a movie in bed, or rotate the screen to enjoy it from the seating area equipped with mood lighting and throw blankets.
Blue Ridge is perfect for enjoying a classy meal out, but this kitchen will make you want to buy groceries and stay in all week! Fully equipped to make anything from steaks to cupcakes, with all new appliances, a full-size fridge and a dishwasher for easy clean up. The kitchen also includes place settings and a farm house table for four.
The bathroom houses the two-person sauna, a glass door, rainfall shower and extra soft towels. Plenty of vanity space, mirrors and lighting create the perfect environment to dress up for a date.

THE AMENITIES
Our front porch has an easy-to-light Napoleon grill, and seating to watch the occasional car pass on the road below, but our back porch is the ultimate evening retreat. String lights surround the porch to set the mood whether you’re enjoying the Artesian Elite hot tub or gathered by the stone fireplace. You can listen to the sounds of nature in the mountains, or drop down the projector screen and enjoy a show.

THE LOCATION
The Little Red Barn is situated just far enough from the main road to be secluded, but still convenient to groceries, restaurants, downtown and Lake Blue Ridge. Just over a mile to Ingles grocery store, about two miles to main street shopping and restaurants, and about two miles to Lake Blue Ridge. All of this close by and no four-wheel drive needed!

Named for the southern reach of the Appalachian Mountain Range that stretches into the area, the City of Blue Ridge boasts beautiful mountain views. With key water features, such as Lake Blue Ridge and the Toccoa River, Blue Ridge is the Trout Fishing Capital of Georgia. As well as being surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and near the southern tip of the Appalachian Trail, the area draws tourists and outdoorsmen from all over.
The downtown area boasts quaint shops and eclectic restaurants along with festivals and plenty of activities for residents and tourists all in a small-town setting. Tracks for the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway bisect the downtown area, with the Scenic Railway itself operating out of the town's historic 100-year-old Depot. The downtown area also serves as host for multiple festivals and the City is home to one of the few drive-ins in North Georgia, the Swan Drive-In Theatre.
