Mountain Cabin Overlooking Breathtaking Riverfront and Valley Views

20-NCD0288 This cozy cabin is set in a secluded, quiet mountainside neighborhood along the Big Thompson River. Rocky Mountain National Park entrance is right around the corner (within a mile) along with local shopping and restaurants. This 800 sqft cabin will sleep 4-6 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, newly renovated full kitchen (including full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven/stove, and microwave), living/dining room area with a full size sofa sleeper. The large master bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, master bathroom with a washer/dryer. The small second bedroom has a built-in twin size bunk bed.

While the renovated inside of the cabin is beautiful, the outdoor space and amenities are one of a kind in Estes Park. Just up the hill is a private elevated lookout and seating area with Adirondack chairs. The outdoor covered patio is perfect for entertaining, including a new 5 - 6 person hot tub, propane grill, and seating to enjoy food, views, conversation and company.

Everything about this cabin was great. The location, the cleanliness, and the hot tub was awesome! We stayed during the holiday season and there was a Christmas tree and Christmas lights up. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and the cabin was charming. The location is terrific for access to both RMNP and downtown Estes Park. There are restaurants and grocery stores in easy walking distance and at the same time, the cabin is in a secluded area. We also enjoyed the grill and the outdoor hot tub. We highly recommend this cabin for a couple or a couple with several children.

My family of 4 found this simple, clean cabin the perfect resting spot for our weekend. It’s conveniently located to Rocky Mountain NP and Estes Park and has great views of the mountains. We even saw an elk by the driveway when we pulled up!

The property was clean, cozy and near a calming river at the mouth of Rocky mountain Nat'l park. The hot tub was the best part! It was perfect sitting out there in privacy overlooking the valley. washing machine and dryer were helpful. The living room was small but sufficient. Would definitely stay again.

Everything in our stay was perfect, the only issue we had was with the presentation of the photos. It is not exactly clear where the firepit is placed when looking through the photos. In reality the firepit overlook is 50 yards away, uphill, right by another person's house. It's a tad misleading.Overall we had a great time and the proximity to the national park was perfect.

Very nice cabin, perfect for a stay in Estes park! Nice hot tube and outdoor area surrounded by woods. Close to town which was nice and close to the NP. We had a great stay and would love to visit again soon.

Why they chose this property

Our cabin was built in 1950, with an expansion in the early 2000's. When we bought the cabin we did a major remodel to give it modern touches while still keeping some of he original features. We have added nice amenities like the hot tub and fire table for our guests to enjoy.

This cabin has an incredible lookout area the gives you an amazing view of the mountains and the river.
