Our multi-generational family stayed at the rental property while visiting our son in San Diego. We enjoyed the space and the proximity to Pacific Beach. We walked to the beach, the pier, and to nearby spots like Better Buzz for coffee and breakfast foods. We liked having the two bedrooms separated by the common areas. Overall, this location could not have been better for us!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was awesome communicating with us as we got situated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. You could not pick a better location. We would not hesitate staying here on our next visit to San Diego!!!

This 2 bdrm 2 bth apt is awesome. Best one we’ve stayed in yet. We vacation there at the beach every year for the past 7 years. Great location, parking is great for 1 vehicle, looks just like the pics inside. Host is very nice, apt. Has everything you need including washer/dryer. A/C in larger bedroom a little noisy but we didn’t really need a/c much. There are 3 other apts but it was very quiet. We definitely will stay again if available next summer. Thank you Joselyn and Carlton!

Great visit to San Diego

My daughter, her husband and I stayed for several days while visiting my son in PB (Pacific Beach). Location was great (walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. and the place was well-equipped as advertised. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful overall experience!

The house was very clean and well kept, the gate around the condo made the property feel extra safe, very nice to have your own parking spot and be only three blocks from the beach. Walking distance to many coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Overall wonderful experience and would stay here again.

Nice clean unit. Spacious enough for 4 adults. Tastefully decorated, felt like home. Enjoyed our walks to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
