Looking for an escape to a peaceful location to unwind and relax? This charming coastal chic cottage on SSI Is the place!

As you enter through a private outdoor curtain surround, you will enjoy an expansive open concept living/kitchen area. Most guests are surprised how large the living area is.

This coastal chic home is fully equipped and has decorator touch furnishings. Enjoy the spacious outdoor deck with gas BBQ for dining al fresco, or sipping a cool drink on a lounge chair.

Book a month or more, and get a FREE SSI experience, plus a deep accommodation rate discount.

There is a Vacation Rental Agreement, and House Rules & Information Sheet to review and sign once you are ready to book. Ask the Host about it.

There is a mandatory Georgia state (6%) and Glynn County (5%) accommodation sales tax totaling 11% , as well as a mandatory Georgia state bed tax of $5/day for stays less than 30 days, which will be collected by Vrbo.

We are Island residents and we will greet you upon arrival. Should something arise during your stay, give us a call.

So Much More Than a Cottage

We loved staying at this house! It so much more spacious than what it appears, the backyard and deck are so peaceful. The kitchen has eveything we needed and the bathrooms have lots of space. We would definitely come back here again. Bob and Lisa checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had eveything we needed, they are some of the best hosts I have met. I highly recommend this property that is so central to everything on the island.

The owners were easy to communicate with. The home was spectacular. Open and renovated great room. Kitchen really well stocked even had a French press, ice cream scoop and plenty of utensils. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms very clean, tons of towels and great showers. Back deck. Grill. Landscaped yard. Fantastic recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Get A Way

Cute cottage, however, updated games and streaming options for the TV would be beneficial. We were able to make a full thanksgiving dinner with the stocked kitchen, and the location of the house was convenient. Thank you!

We are enjoying the good life on St. Simons Island. Recently retired from big city jobs, and now focusing on managing Peachtree Cottage so you can have a great experience staying on SSI. We have been visiting SSI for many years and now we call it our home.

Why they chose this property

This home has been in the family since it was built in 1995. We love the neighborhood because it is so close to everything. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Village, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and more.

What makes this property unique

The huge open concept kitchen has a 9ft. island, a peninsula with stools, and dining table. Peachtree Cottage has a "Best Of" chalk board with our favorite Eats, Sites and Shops. We especially love going to Gould's Inlet in East Beach and sit on a bench admiring the fabulous and peaceful view, with a cup of coffee and breakfast. Try it. You'll like it!
