We got in earlier than expected and got to check in early. The host was fabulous and took care of things promptly. The one thing that we didn’t care for was having to strip the beds before we left and seeing the mattress was totally gross. Location was great for walking where we needed to go.

This is an old house with good bones that’s been completely modernized. The central A/C was very nice to have in the hot Colorado summer. The house was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, the neighborhood was extremely quiet, you can walk to shopping, there is a driveway for your car, and the price was reasonable. Oh, and communication with Stacy was easy via text or voice; she always answered quickly when we had a question. We’ll be traveling to Fort Collins to visit family about once a year, and we’ll want to come back to this house if it’s available.
