As you enter this home you are welcomed by a grand staircase leading up to the bedrooms and to your left a pool table room adjacent to the dining room. As you walk toward the back of the home you pass a guest room featuring 2 twin beds. The half bathroom is just around the corner from the front entrance as is the garage.

The modern kitchen features full cabinets, a gas range and stainless steel appliances. There is a living room adjacent to the kitchen with plenty of seating for large groups to gather around the cozy fireplace. This room also has a 50" Smart TV w/cable and views of the golf course.

The west facing deck is accessible via the kitchen and allows for excellent entertaining! There are 180 degree views of the fairways from the deck.

On the upper level you will find 3 large comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Every room has PLENTY OF LIGHT! As someone who stays in hotels for a living, you can rest assured our home will have everything you need when you arrive.

Each bedroom has comfortable mattresses dressed with fresh linens and warm bedding. We also provide soaps, standard toiletries and clean towels for use during your stay. I take the comfort of my guests very seriously. Unlike a hotel which just changes the sheets in between guests, I ensure that all BEDDING and LINENS are fresh for each new guest. This includes the laundering of bedspreads, duvets, duvet covers and sheets. When you arrive you can be assured that everything is fresh and clean!

Absolutely perfect!

This was one of two houses which eighteen of us shared in Douglasdale. The "adults" (10 of us) and a 21-month-old stayed at 190 Douglas Woods Hill and the 8 grandchildren (all over 21 years) at the house on Douglas Ridge Way. Everything was perfect! Every possible need was there - from paper towels to toys for the grandchild. The host was easily available and helpful. Shopping nearby was easy. If I could, I would do this all over again!

Very Satisfied in Calgary

We are a group of five in Calgary for five weeks and returning to this house at the end of a long day allowed us to relax and have peace. The house is perfect, the rooms large and well organized. There was enough space for all of us to have our own rooms as well as enjoy the common spaces. We took advantage of all everything the space offered such as the laundry and well equipped kitchen. If we find ourselves in Calgary again, we would not stay anywhere else. Natasha is great to work with and quick to follow up with anything needed. She navigated us through some Canadian customs which are different from the US. We were definitely spoiled by the entire experience.

This house is called Sheer Perfection and is a ten star house. The host was very accessible if needed, although there was nothing missing or needed. We were using this house for a gathering for a celebration of life for our Mom. We stayed for 5 days. We arrived to a spotless, well supplied beautiful home. There was something for everyone of every age. Not a detail was missed. The kitchen equipment had everything you could ever need. The extras included by the host where a delightful surprise. Easy instructions are everywhere. The hot tub was spotless. Everything well labeled and easy to find. The kids enjoyed the toys and the pool table was a nice option. The dining room was perfect for our shared meals. The family room and kitchen were perfect for gathering. A seat for all of us. The house provided nice little conversation areas both inside and out. The temperature in the home was great for Calgary’s changing weather. The beds were super comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone gathering for a reunion. It’s a great way to spend time with extended family.

On a personal level travel is my passion that became my career as a Flight Attendant! I've visited 27 countries and counting. While each one was unique my favorite, by far, was Croatia. I'm a water baby at heart and was likely a fish in a past life! The beaches and sea in Croatia were absolutely stunning.

As your host my promise to you is to be as transparent and clear as possible while ensuring there are always open lines of communication. I make every effort to create and give that 5 STAR experience. I will always address any concerns with a smile and a solution!

Why they chose this property

I chose to turn this property into a vacation rental because I saw the need for larger homes that can accommodate big groups. This is one of 2 homes in the same neighborhood which I rent as vacation rentals and in doing so quite often guests' will book both homes to have reunions, family gatherings or retreats.

What makes this property unique

The location of this property being right on the fairway is a definite draw in the summer. You can relax, read a book, listen to the leaves rustle on the trees or simply just watch the golfers take their second shot. It's a beautiful view of both the golf course and the Rocky Mountains. In the winter the HOT TUB is a nice way to relax too!
