Apartment of 35m² renovated with WIFI, located on the ground floor with terrace (possibility to close by roller shutter) and small garden, well equipped, facing west.
Entrance with storage lockers:
- Living room: "rapido" sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people, television, large bay window giving access to the covered terrace and the garden.
- Open and equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher).
- 1 bedroom: 1 bed 140, window with a view of nature.
- Bathroom: shower, washbasin, washing machine and dryer. Independent toilets.
Max 4 pers. Electric heating. Reserved parking space. No pets allowed.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please inform us in case of late arrival.
To be paid on site:
- Deposit: 350€ to be paid
- Electricity charges: included from June 13 to September 11 / in addition (depending on consumption) from January 1 to June 12 and from September 12 to December 31
- Tourist tax
- Linen not provided: possibility of renting at extra cost
