Welcome to Seaside Villa 102 on Folly Beach! This fantastic 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo features picturesque views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. The location cannot be beat with the direct beach access and walking distance to downtown Folly Beach, where all shops, restaurants, and entertainment are located. Relax and enjoy all that this eclectic beach town has to offer.

You'll love having your own space with the full bathroom for each bedroom. Open floor plan combines kitchen, dining, and living area. Oceanfront porch provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen includes all the amenities for the family chef to prepare meals. Gather together to catch up as a family around the 6-person dining table. Living area has 2 couches to lounge and TV for the big-game or movie night. Private access to the porch from the living area and oceanfront king bedroom.

There are a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi-speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; and the elevator right outside your door makes transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building, & a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.

Only 25 minutes drive to historic downtown Charleston. Charleston offers historic tours, carriage rides, museums, boutique shopping, world-class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or The Battery.

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call emergency maintenance services. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

This home was amazing! You could ask for a better location or a more comfortable home. We had family from Summerville visit while we were there and everyone had the best time.Home is great for a couple of families and couldn't be closer to the beach and restaurants. I didn't get in my car once while I was there. Absolutely everything is within easy walking distance.Puzzles, games and so many places to have a great meal and play games with the kids.My Mom and I can't wait to come back!

This was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The view from the porch was amazing! Beautiful sunrises every morning and sunsets from the pier. Perfect spot that we could easily walk to eat and shop!

Great Location

We loved being right on the beach and a step away from the town. It was the perfect location for our family to meet. We had wonderful meals in town and had an easy ride into Charleston. I would definitely recommend Folly Beach.

Love Folly Beach

This condo is in a great location. The beach access near the building was closed during day M-F for pier construction, but open evenings and during the weekend.
