The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, well provisioned, and impeccably clean. Located close to the covered market you can get everything you’ll need for your stay right there. There is a bakery, Quignon, at the end of the street where you can get wonderful croissants, breads, and desserts. The employees are cheerful and kind. The town has a very good bus system with two different bus stops within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay, the appartment was comfortable and well equipped. There were a few minor things that need attention, sofa a bit worn, shower was excellent but in needed a few screws tightening. But over all brilliant and the location excellent. Communications with vendors and staff very good indeed.

Emplacement idéalement placé (plein centre) La rochelle est une trÚs belle ville, nous avons passé 15 jours ou chaque jour nous découvrions une nouvelle chose, ville trÚs propre, une ville chargé d'histoire qui fait augmenter la curiosité, un syndicat d'initiative qui propose énormément de chose dans cette belle région, des magasins, des restos a gogo. Location idéalement située. A 2 pas du marché qui est ouvert tous les jours dans un quartier vivant et plaisant.Tout est faisable à pied ou en vélo, c'est vraiment trÚs agréable. l'aquarium, l'ßle de Ré, l'ßle d'Oléron, les marais poitevin, il y a plein de choses à voir. Ainsi que des visites guidées de la ville avec différentes thématiques. Le beau temps et l'océan le bonheur !

premiĂšres vacances Ă  la rochelle

Emplacement et Logement parfaits. Ville magnifique à refaire. Par contre, nous n'avons pas été accueillis par le propriétaire mais une personne missionnée : accueil militaire effectué par l'adjudante cheffe Maryse qui nous a communiqué son stress toute la semaine. Méthode remise des clés pour le départ assez litigieuse avons dû insister pour l'état des lieux de départ (l'arrivée se fait en commun et attention à noter : nouveau fauteuil merci de le couvrir, nouveau frigo merci de le tenir à deux mains quand vous l'ouvrez, nouvelle douche merci de ne rien faire tomber, machine à laver attention à ne pas trop l'utiliser, attention ne pas perdre les clés, attention à la carte, attention à l'ouverture de la porte commune, attention à l'ouverture des fenetres....) par contre le départ ne se fait pas en présence des locateurs : quid si casse aprÚs notre départ ??) de plus est il normal que notre chÚque de caution soit gardé et détruit si RAS alors que nous ne sommes plus là. Tout est dit. A dispo si nécessaire.

Appartement trÚs bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. Il est trÚs bien situé, tout prÚs du marché couvert et des commerces. 10 minutes à pied suffisent pour rejoindre le port. Petit bémol sur la literie, dommage que le lit ne soit pas plus confortable et plus large (d'autant qu'il y a la place).

Un bijou d’appartement prùs du port

C’est vraiment l’endroit idĂ©al pour qui veut visiter La Rochelle sans se prĂ©occuper de sa voiture. SituĂ© Ă  deux pas du marchĂ© et Ă  5 minutes du port de La Rochelle, on peut laisser la voiture Ă  la place de stationnement rĂ©servĂ© et aller n’importe oĂč Ă  pied. De plus, l’appartement semble tout neuf et est joliment dĂ©corĂ©. Les chaises de cuisine sont confortables ainsi que le tout nouveau divan du salon. Si vous avez des problĂšmes de dos, pas de souci chez Xavier. Si nous revenons Ă  La Rochelle, c’est lĂ  que nous sĂ©journerons Ă  nouveau avec plaisir.

le logement dans copropriété impeccable avec place de parking numéroté ce qui est trÚs appréciable dans le centre de la Rochelle .Situé dans une petite ruelle trÚs calme avec tout les commerçants ,restaurants ,bar, épiceries et boulangerie etc... à proximité.
