This property is the perfect location
We are renting our first floor apartment with guests who are looking for a flexible lease ( 9 months )
We have completely remodeled this apartment for ourselves, and have furnished it with furniture and all new appliances.
We are 20 minutes from UMD / Scolastica We are merely 10 minutes from Canal Park in Duluth, and the Miller Hill Mall. We are 2 miles from Interstate Highway 35. This is a great central location to everything Duluth has to offer.

A quiet retreat

I stayed at the apartment with a friend to spend a weekend catching up on each of the other’s busy lives. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where families passed by on the sidewalks on their daily walks. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and felt like we had stepped into the house of an old friend. There is a food coop just 8 blocks away, and Pat suggested we explore a nearby park, which was the perfect place to hike and reminisce. Pat Kreidler and his wife were very helpful, and in addition to providing great information about the place in advance, Pat made sure that we knew we could contact him during our stay with any questions. It was a perfect place for a quiet retreat!
