Ocean Front Complex! Super nice and updated, newly renovated, newer furniture, new paint, new ceiling fans, 1 minute walk to Coligny Beach! This unit is incredibly clean and well stocked. Walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened!

NEW Gel Foam Queen bed in bedroom and there is lots of storage. There is no door to bedroom, is open to hallway. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! THIS UNIT COMES WITH 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 BIKES!!

This is my 3rd time staying at this villa. My husband and I love it, it is so close to everything. We love that we can park on the first night and then we never need the car again until we leave because we walk or ride bikes to everything. It is a great unit and we always enjoy our time.

We absolutely loved our stay. The bed was super comfortable, even the pull out mattress. The beach chairs and bikes were awesome to have. So close to the beach and easy to walk into the main part of town where there were restaurants and shops, which was great to not have to drive anywhere while we were there, expect when we wanted to go with 3 of us to a nature preserve and we only had 2 bikes. I would for sure stay here again.

Sorry you were disappointed! We do list the sq. footage of our 1 bedroom condo, so size shouldn't be a surprise. These condoswere built in 1979, so are not new. The entire condo has been renovated and the bathroom fixtures, while not shiny and new are certainly not dirty! We just had the entire condo deep cleaned (2 day process). I have never been to a Motel 6, so unsure what you are trying to compare us to. Also, you only paid $103 rent per night, pretty good deal for an Ocean Front Complex with free bikes and beach chairs! I think you can tell I am offended. Those reading this review, compare it to the many other 5 stars. Thanks! Lori

VRBO 1261504 AND~CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS!!! Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, rentals is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

Why they chose this property

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!

What makes this property unique

SO close to Coligny Beach and shopping, restaurants and bike paths! Resort is gated and private, very nice pool, complex is very clean and well cared for. The condo is SUPER clean!
