A little bit of paradise for a month!

Beautiful condo with an awesome beach. A bit far from downtown St Augustine but that is not a problem for us. Quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful up to date condo. Furnishings even nicer than in photos. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. Wonderfully, comfortable bed in primary. Building is friendly, low key. Nice pool. Truly excellent, uncrowded beach when we stayed. Building has grills for cooking.

My husband and I purchased this condo in 2013 after I sold a condo to my friend there. I am a Realtor in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. I have showed tons of condos from Atlantic Beach to St Augustine Beach. This complex blew me away with the close proximity to the beach, oceanfront pool and the amazing stretch of beach in South St Augustine Beach, better known as Crescent Beach to locals. We are only 45 minutes to the condo from our home in St Johns Fl. We have 3 children, ages 16-25 who also have enjoyed the condo when it is not rented. We have an on-site property Manager who actually lives in the complex. This has been an amazing!
